It all started when Jake (owner) came to give me a price quote on a Friday at about 3pm and told me I would have the quote before he left the office that day, and sure enough I received it by 730pm. The three companies I requested quotes from took a week, and one I never even got a quote from. The crew was great! Very professional and friendly. They were sure to clean up everyday before they left the job site, and did a thorough cleaning of my yard upon completion of the job. Most of all, the crew cared about their work, as if they were working on their own home! I will recommend their services to anyone and everyone that is looking to do exterior home improvement!

It's co-owned by 3 partners, who not only answer requests for business but also show up to do the work. They were quick, efficient, and extremely reasonable. I'll be using them to do more work for us with no hesitation.

The…read morefirst was to fix a roof leak at my mother's house and now to place a long sheet of shingles back on the peak of my roof when the last storm blew it off and onto the ground. A gap at the peak did let in a little water, so I am glad this issue was corrected the next day by noon. It is not unusual for men from the crew to fit in appointments between jobs. As before, the crew was prompt, efficient, and reasonable.

TLDR; Kathryn from L&S reached out to remediate our experience…read more I'm sure the company is great for insurance covered roofing projects, however I would recommend going with any other company for out of pocket projects. We had L&S give us a quote on a new roof. Gentleman showed up in basketball shorts and t shirt in the middle of winter. Didn't go on the roof for inspection, didn't go in the attic for inspection. Simply climbed 2 steps up the attic ladder breaking a step on the ladder following it up with a comment "this is why I don't go in attics!". Shined flashlight and said "yup you need a new roof!", some attic inspection that was. Gentleman was more concerned about what homeowners did for work to determine a price for quote. Don't flag my review simply because you don't agree with it, practice better business and you'll get better reviews.
