Promised I would be the first appointment of the day at 8:00am. After trying the tech and hearing nothing for 3 and a half hours, I tried the main line. She said she'd get in touch with the tech. The tech came four hours after the original appointment and reviewed my infestation issue for less than 10 minutes. She set monitoring traps (i.e. duct tape) and said she'd be back first thing the next morning. Never heard back from her. The main line didn't return my VMs but eventually answered a follow-up call. She promised the tech would be back in touch and at my house. Never heard anything since. So disappointing. Especially when wanting to support a local business.
