Fast response and appt set up. Came out did inspection. covered and sealed holes. set traps. came back a week later. And 7 of 10 traps were full. He reset traps and will come back to review. And it did not cost me $3000 to do. Which is what the Big company wanted to charge me. After being with them for years. I'm happy I did not have to pay that large amount and go fast results. These 5 stars are not enough for this company. Because the owner is a kind man he again, without charge, sent someone over today to check. I thought i had heard mice again. Before i Contacted this company, i had 2 other companies come out to say they did nothing is not true. But it's one start Up from that. They put some crappy traps down. This company checked my entire house inside and back. I really can't stress enough they're honest stand by their word and beyond. I'm not use to having an honest and diligent company. They are charging me.. but noone is calling to set up service. I had a visit set last month and the guy gave me a time frame. I told him our work hours and he showed and ran off super fast claiming no one was home but he had showed up 4 hours before we where set to see him. I keep getting billed... Not getting services. And last time they came out I got charged $65 for $3 snap traps. I don't like this service at all and just want them to end my contract that they roped me into without any more contact. I called to inquire about costs and what services were provided. I received a quick reply and a time was scheduled - next day. Service man showed up as scheduled and inspected the outside of my home and sprayed. He was dressed in his protective gear and mask. I then showed him where the paper nest was located in a nearby tree. He sprayed the nest, removed the nest from the tree, then bagged the nest to remove the remains. The price was very acceptable for the service. The stinging bees were gone. I have honey bee hives nearby and the service man was very careful to avoid spray and drift going in that direction. I am now on his reminder list for recommended seasonal treatments. They will also respond to any future unexpected pest insect issues. read more

I signed up for a year program after they treated hornet nests for me. They came a month ago to spray. I had pests in another area and they promptly came back out as part of the program. Did not know them before treating hornets. Had a good reviews. I am glass I called them. I have used 3 other pest companies. Kreshco is the best. Small business. Lives in area. I used Yelp Project to look for Pest Control. The owner of Kreshco Pest Control reached out fairly quickly regarding their services. I told him the issues that we were having with carpreter ants and bees. He explained how the pest worked and what he could do the remediate the issue. It rained the day of our original appointment and he called and asked if we wanted the inside sprayed since he wasn't able to do the outside. I thought that was very generous but we opted to have it all done at once. He came on the rescheduled date and began working. He was friendly and prompt. His partner sprayed the outside while he took care of the inside. I was able to show him around so he could see where I saw bugs. He sprayed and also used liquid trap "stuff" in problem areas. The whole treatment was very quick and has a 6 month guarantee. The spray is safe, I have a 5 year old and a 5 week old. You can't smell the spray at all and the house was totally functional just had to not step in the wet spots until it dried. I would totally recommend them for use!! read more

Our first experience and contact with this locally owned company. Unlike past pest control companies he stated he will confirm his visit in advance with us or not come. Derek walked our entire house and provided feedback on what he was seeing and recommendations for treatment...he was not selling but educating us. We don't mind paying for a service but we want it to be long term partnership, not a pressure treatment to meet the quarterly upsell office goals. Upon completion of the inspection, he provided a quote to complete the service...and we committed. This is an early review but if we can help out a local company we want to at least try. Derek came out to our house to assist with a fairly serious ant problem in the late spring. We had a mix of black ants and carpenter ants overwhelming us in virtually every room of our two-story home. I tried over-the-counter remedies for several weeks but ultimately gave in and called Kreschco. I had previously used another highly-rated provider in the area last year but had paid $230 for an ant treatment and though I'd see if there was an option with better value. We initially tried to avoid spraying inside the home, only treating the outside of the house. This successfully removed ants from the main areas of the home but appeared to drive them to the basement. After more than two weeks of heavy ant activity in the basement, I reluctantly gave in and had Derek come back to spray the inside of the house. We haven't seen a single ant in the house since. The total cost for Kreschco's service was $150 and was fully effective. I would highly recommend Kreschco to anyone in need of pest control. read more
