We had an ant infestation problem so I reached out to the company. Al responded right away (as always). They came out the next day to take care of the issue for us. We asked them to spray around the house as well, since we've been noticing spiders and house centipedes here and there. We paid using our credit card without any problems. I can attest that the gentleman who spoke about his experience with James in one of the past reviews was likely a result of an unfortunate misunderstanding - James came to service our house and he was a very friendly & pleasant Midwestern gentleman, we would work with him again any day of the week!

The switch to turn the fireplace was tapped but he still turned it on and didn't notice the art print had caught fire. When we returned to our home, all the doors were open to vent the smoke. The next time he came to home to treat for pests he acknowledged the damage. After practically begging him for his bosses phone number he gave it. Call thos number for 2 months without a single return call. The technician informed me the he not his boss had business cards. Don't ever use these people. They will damage your home and run.
