He speculated that the entire keyboard might need to be replaced but couldn't be sure until he opened it for further inspection. We left the laptop, ran some errands, and 45 minutes later got a text that the laptop was ready. When we returned the key was fixed (was able to re-attach the broken key) and we weren't charged for the fix! First class and professional all the way. This small business gem is a bit hard to find (in a multi-story professional building) but we'll worth it and so nice to do business with a place like this vs. a big box repair establishment. We'll be back for our very next repair need, cracked screen, etc.

When my laptop died again, I called these guys up. They moved to seven corners. While I hate to drive, going here was a no brainer. I had a couple bad experiences fixing a phone in arlington, and it was worth getting in my car to get my computer fixed with no problems or repeat visits. They cleaned up computer and replaced the battery for $150. I have recommended this place to my friends, and won't hesitate to go back the next time my electronics fail.

They did multiple cable drops and installed new switches and equipment for our network. They also setup a wireless network for us. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, they coordinated everything with the cable company for our high speed internet connection. This saved me the hassle of dealing with the cable people and also help get us a faster connection at the same price. Needless to say, we are very pleased with the work Slable has done.
