This is about as low budget of a system that it gets. As mentioned, my exam was at 9am. I didn't expect the office to be locked when I arrived at 8:40am, but figured I was early enough so I waited a few minutes. Around 8:45am, I called the number listed on the website and spoke to a man who said he was a few minutes away. At 8:56am, I was still waiting so I called him again and he said he was delayed due to traffic and just around the corner. I was quite annoyed, so I checked traffic on 66 east and west, but didn't see anything significant... At 9:09am, I see his vehicle hurridly drive up and drop off his wife who opened the office. While she gave a quick apology, it didn't really help the situation. I was quite annoyed, which made it harder to focus on the exam. Even once she started to process me for the exam, the setup took longer than expected (I've taken a handful of these courses). An hour into the exam, I noticed it was getting a bit hot, but realized there is no air conditioning in the office. This was not particularly helpful for focusing on an exam.
