We left the laptop, ran some errands, and 45 minutes later got a text that the laptop was ready. This small business gem is a bit hard to find (in a multi-story professional building) but we'll worth it and so nice to do business with a place like this vs. a big box repair establishment. When my laptop died again, I called these guys up. They moved to seven corners. While I hate to drive, going here was a no brainer. I had a couple bad experiences fixing a phone in arlington, and it was worth getting in my car to get my computer fixed with no problems or repeat visits. They cleaned up computer and replaced the battery for $150. I have recommended this place to my friends, and won't hesitate to go back the next time my electronics fail.
