Your support didn't just help--it saved my home and, honestly, my well-being. I can never fully express how grateful I am. You truly have no idea how much of a difference you made in my life. You're absolute angels. I wish you both nothing but the best in life. Thank you again for everything. After nearly two years of dead ends, somehow--by true grace--an angel introduced me to another angel, who introduced me to these two angels: Karin and Lexie. If you're someone who's in any sort of non-traditional financial situation--don't give up. I personally received over 25 NOs before finding these women. Never stop searching for a solution, even when a loan officer tells you "there's nothing that can be done." Don't believe it. Keep asking. Keep hoping. I encourage anyone in a difficult or complex situation to reach out to Karin and Lexie. They changed my life. - Catherine R.

When I approached…read morethe front desk rep working on 9/4 at 11:00-11:36, I came with the request to simply talk with a loan officer. The exchange that followed was not pleasant and when I noted this to the rep, the response was "that's how you are taking it" which lead me to want to speak with the manager to complete my reasoning for coming in. In the future, if someone is asking that question, what I would have preferred is for them to simply say: "to speak with a loan officer, an appointment is needed. Can I make you an appointment?" I would have made my appointment and came back at the time set. Hope my future interactions with logix reps will be different as this is the location that I would like to go into if ever needed. The three stars is solely for the kind manager that answered my questions and was willing to help following my first interaction.
