Manny is the best mortgage broker I have ever used. He is very skilled and knowledgeable about the loan review process. I had given up on trying to refinance my house, The last company I tried just strung me along asking for one thing after another. They even wanted documentation for student loans that were paid off 30 years ago. It was so frustrating. I gave up until I saw Manny's excellent reviews. He got me a loan with an excellent interest rate in a timely manner. He and his amazing assistant were pleasant to work with and took the stress out of the entire process. I am so grateful that they came through for me. read more

We had the best experience working with this company. As first-time homebuyers, the process felt overwhelming at first, but Manny truly went above and beyond to guide us every step of the way. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely cared about getting us the best possible deal. Manny worked tirelessly to secure our loan, made sure we got the lowest interest rate available, and protected our credit throughout the process. He explained everything clearly, was always available to answer questions, and made us feel confident and supported the entire time. Honestly, without Manny's help, there's no way we would've been able to get the loan and buy our first home. We're incredibly grateful and would 100% recommend him and this company to anyone looking to buy a home! From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Manny, for makings us homeowners in LA! read more

Manny got it done!! I was working with another loan officer, but they started making it more difficult to get the loan. I explained my situation to Manny, and he was willing to talk to that loan officer to offer assistance. Since they lagged and didn't call me back. I started the process again with Manny. Thank you, Manny! Just when we thought there was no hope. You saved the day! California Home Solution - Mortgage Brokers Near Me - Los Angeles, California

I had a loan situation that was difficult and lots of work. Many lenders just turned me down becuase my case was not easy. However, when I presentrd my case to Manny, he said "no problem, we'll get it done flr you". It was a huge job to get loan. I see why others turned it down. But Manny has no problem doing the work. He's in his office at 5am - and is there til 9pm. He has an old school work ethic. Manny is also just a great guy. He's funny and personable. He's honest, and working in your best interest. He's not looking to line his pockets. I was actually surprised how little he charged. He could have charged me 2-3x and I would have paid. I needed the loan. If you need a loan, call Manny. Trust me. He is the best in the business! read more

Stay away from this hot mess. Manny doesn't know what he's doing. Manny told me he can get me approved quickly and then he broke all his promises. He kept telling me "one more week", and I had to extend my escrow again and again for 2 months! Manny told me the delays were normal for these times because lenders we're swamped because a lot of people were getting low interest rate mortgage loans. But my real estate agent told me this was not true because none of her other clients were experiencing delays with their mortgage loans. Manny sent me an email steam to prove he's working hard on my loan, but instead it only showed how horribly unqualified he is at his job. The email stream showed Manny doesn't know what he's doing and showed him asking someone what to do next. It also showed him forgetting to order documents and delaying the process even further. Manny and his team have caller ID, so they will stop answering your calls when they've run out of excuses. No communication! You're sitting there worried you're going to lose the home you have in escrow and lose tens of thousands of dollars of your deposit. Save yourself the headaches and heartaches and trust someone else with your mortgage needs. You're welcome. read more
