My husband and I were recently purchasing a home and needed a broker. Kennedy Capital was recommended to us by a family member and we gave them a try. We're very glad we did! This being our first home, we had questions regarding the process and needed a lot of things clarified. Kenji and Ann were always there for us, quick to respond to emails and answer our calls. (Ann is basically the sweetest, nicest person on Earth!) Thanks to Kennedy Capital, we got our loan closed on time (with a great rate) and are now living in our first home! I highly recommend Kennedy Capital to anyone unsure of a broker to use; they won't disappoint! read more

After helping me with a smooth refinance in the summer, Kenji and Ann helped me deal with a transaction to sell my property and purchase a new one simultaneously while securing a great rate! They always responded to my emails promptly and with great detail, letting me know the paperwork and deadlines I needed to manage on my end, while juggling the escrow companies and all the other paperwork and things on theirs. I absolutely recommend and thank Kenji and Ann for their dedication and professionalism. It was so important to have confidence and feel supported in this situation and Kenji and Ann's friendliness and responsiveness were greatly appreciated. read more

Yes, I did it again! I had refinanced my home in August and I also accomplished something I had been putting off for years. I put my daughter on the title. I had 2 sets of loans as I had taken out a loan for my daughter's education. After the loan was completed, Kenji suggested that we revisit rates, in a few months. On Jan. 11, 2021 I began the refi again. I signed loan documents on Jan. 26, two weeks and a day later. I am thrilled. My two refi's are saving me a total of $890 per month. I referred to Kenji and Ann as the "dynamic duo," and they have earned that moniker and reputation as they work tirelessly for their clients. Once again they are professional, knowledgeable, and patient. Patient with those of us who may not know the world of real estate. Kenji's expertise and experience makes every aspect of refinancing a home easy even for a novice. This is at least my 4th refi with Kennedy Capital over the last 23 years. Situations and finances change-marriages dissolve and children go to college. He also did a refi for my mother. I probably won't refi again but if I do, I will definitely choose Kennedy Capital again. They are tenacious, reliable, a most importantly-honest! read more

I would highly recommend Kenji to any first time home buyer. He is incredibly responsive, has decades of knowledge about the sgv real estate and in general, entirely exceeds my expectations for a financier. I learned so much from him during this process. From the beginning, he was clear and willing to give me a lot of details as to how the process works. Every time I sent him a text, he quickly responded or was willing to hop on a phone call to explain the options that I had. He was perfectly in sync with my agents and the financing portion actually ended up pretty painless probably because of his guidance/speed. I hope I get to work with him again someday! read more

Kenji and Ann are the best! We started our refinance on November 24th and closed on December 29th. Note that this period included Thanksgiving and Christmas! They are very organized and responsive. This was by far the easiest mortgage finance/refinance we have ever done. I can't say enough positive about them and the painless process we went through. read more

I have now used Kennedy Capital for 6 loans over 15 years. I have recommended them to all friends and everyone has been extremely happy with their service. Kenji takes all the work and worry out of the process. He communicates clearly through the process and walks you through it, but after you give him the required information he take it from there. I ALWAYS feel like I get a great rate. I almost never hear of someone getting a better rate when they finance at the same time as us. On the rare occasion I have heard of a lower rate it is because the individual did A LOT of personal work and hounding of an off-brand bank to close their loan. Always with a lot of stress. After going thru the process the first time with Kenji, I have never worried about the loan or the process. I can't believe there is a better mortgage broker out there. Once you do a loan with Kenji you will keep coming back and recommend him to all your friends like we have. read more

We finally found our forever home after several years of searching. We were lucky to get our offer accepted and Kenji was an instrumental part of it. He was able to find us a combination of loans that worked for us - we did not have to list our current house for sale and have a contingency attached to our offer. None of the traditional banks - Bank of America, Chase, etc - could offer this. On top of all this, he was able to offer a 25 day escrow, which appealed greatly to the seller. He was on top of things all the time and communicated frequently with us to keep us updated. His assistant, Ann, was also very helpful. He kept his word and we closed in 25 days! Everything went so smoothly. We are now settling in to our new home and loving it! I highly recommend working with Kennedy Capital. You'll be happy you did! read more

My wife and I have been using Kenji for 20 years. He's never failed us. He has always done what he says. There have never been any last minute surprises. If he says he can get you the loan, he will get you the loan. Kenji and his team are very knowledgeable, work fast, respond quickly to emails and texts, and process our paper work as soon as they receive it. Very pleasant to work with. Kenji has even gone so far as to call the seller's agent for us to help us get a house that had multiple offers. Great service! Go with Kennedy Capital. You will be glad you did! read more

STOP!!!! Donot use these guys for anything important to you! I unfortunately refinanced my home with this compay and was literally screwed. The broker I dealt with was incompetent and the owner talked a good game but had no follow thru on my situation I had. I was told I would be getting a rate of 3.50 for 30years on my home, I ended up getting burned and given a rate of 4.50 DO NOT make the mistake I did, RUN AWAY and find another mortgage company to handle your real estate business, THIS IS NOT A MADE UP STORY! read more

Kenji was recommended by our realtor. He and his team were fantastic. We had plenty of equity in our home but a good refi rate was a challenge due to credit card debt (medical and other issues). Their recommendations were spot on which resulted in a low mortgage rate and similar home equity loan. They are a pleasure to work with every step of the way. If there were six stars, I would give them that rating! read more

I learned about Kennedy Capital through a co-worker who had done a purchase and two refinances with the company. On his recommendation I called Kenji at Kennedy Capital and in just a couple days we had an appointment. We had a complicated situation that we wanted to refinance but Kenji tackled the job willingly and with gusto. In just a few days after we had supplied all our financial information he called us back with a fantastic deal that dropped our rate significantly. We were very pleased the service and the end result But the story gets better. About a year and a half later Kenji called us out of the blue and said that rates had dropped significantly again and he knew a mortgage company that was looking for clients. We were able to refinance again and drop the rate even lower. We will use Kennedy Capital again with no hesitation. read more

Kenji and his team at Kennedy Capital were awesome. They were on target with everything and very patient . Without their expertise we wouldn't have been able to get our house and close escrow in less than 30 days! We highly recommend Kenji and his team for any loan needs one may have. Kenji and Ann are an awesome team and we know that we couldn't have done and achieved the American Dream of owning our first home without them! We definitely felt they were on our team and gave a sense of peace that we had a team that was on top over everything! If there was an Oscar for service in the mortgage industry, Kennedy Capital would certainly have a wall full of them. This is our second mortgage with Kenji and Kennedy Capital and we are not easy clients. My husband is in the Entertainment Industry, (i.e. Freelancer), and I am a Real Estate Appraiser, (i.e. Self Employed). Our careers are virtual lending killers since the recession. Kenji still managed to secure us with an excellent mortgage even in this time of tight lending--especially for the likes of us. Kenji, his office manager, Ann, and the rest of the staff are top notch. read more
