Aszkenazy Development, in the persons of Severyn, Martha, and their amazingly responsive team, has set the bar high in championing the needs of residents. I assume this is also true of other apartment dwellings under the Aszkenazy umbrella. When COVID hit and vaccines were recommended, medical professionals were brought to our Club Room to offer residents a choice between Pfizer and Moderna. They were brought back for the recommended second round of vaccines. Maintenance personnel power-wash the interior and exterior of our building. The laundry room is cleaned regularly to promote the health and wellbeing of residents. Trash bins were replaced to accommodate the ability of senior residents to lift the dumpster lids and deposit trash without stress or strain. A digital marquee was installed in our lobby to announce important information. Security-rich front doors were installed to promote our safety. The pièce de résistance is the recent installation of LiftMaster, a video console, to allow us to see visitors before allowing them into the building. Most of these amenities were provided to LA Graciela residents during the apartment rent increase freeze. Take a moment to consider that! Who would do that?
