I was directed to this insurance agency through the Dave Ramsey ELP site. I called and spoke to a…read morewoman whose name I don't remember, which I found quite rude. According to her, I am not allowed to request an ELP service because they have to keep calling me every time I make a request. She also claimed that they are the only local provider in my zip code and it's their territory which is not true, as another local provider had already contacted me. When it comes to shopping for home and auto insurance, I want at least three providers to compare. The agent seemed annoyed and entitled, expecting me to only wait for them. I have been using the ELP service for years and have always had a positive experience, but this is the first time it has not been the case. This insurance provider is unprofessional and gives the Dave Ramsey ELP service a bad reputation.

My family and I are looking forward to the future and the PEOPLE here at CW (Cravens-Warren) can make that future a little more safe and the path there a little easier. Personally, I found Ashley Hart, COO at CW, through Dave Ramsey's ELP program. If this interests you, you'll be happy to know that Ashley has: Attended live Ramsey Solutions events Attended EntreLeadership events Coordinated Financial Peace University class(es) Coordinated Legacy Journey class(es) Coordinated Smart Money Smart Kids class(es) At Cravens-Warren & Company, they, "service all of their client's accounts" and shop* the best price for your situation. All for no extra costs or hidden fees. After several email discussions, Jessica answered all my questions and it was clear that making the switch from State Farm to Travelers was the right decision. CW will "pro-actively look for any increases" and their team truly means it when they say that "this is our job and what we're here for; to take care of our clients".

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service & Business Practices…read more After more than 10 years with State Farm, my family recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the Kyle Angelle State Farm office involving Tamara Dunlap, Jennifer Davis, and Rosetta Clinton. We contacted Tamara Dunlap about changing coverage on one of our vehicles. We were told that because both vehicles were on the same policy, we could not reduce coverage on one vehicle without creating an entirely new policy. When we later spoke with Jennifer Davis, she confirmed this information and assured us that our existing policy, discounts, and other vehicle would not be negatively affected. After making the change and paying for the new policy, we received multiple documents with inconsistent premium amounts, incorrect/missing names, and an unexpected increase to the premium on our other vehicle. When I contacted the office for clarification, Tamara was unable to adequately explain the discrepancies. I requested a meeting with management, which resulted in an appointment with Jennifer Davis and Rosetta Clinton. Unfortunately, that meeting was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. Rosetta Clinton was confrontational and repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to understand the policies and charges. Jennifer was pleasant but did not speak directly to me during the meeting besides offering water and helping provide me a pen. She has always been pleasant in our interactions over the years. When I questioned the way my concerns were being handled, I was made to feel as though I was the problem for simply asking reasonable questions. When I ultimately requested cancellation of my policies, Rosetta laughed. After more than 10 years as a State Farm customer, I have never experienced this level of poor communication, dismissiveness, or disrespect. The overall interaction left me feeling that I was not being treated fairly and raised concerns for me about whether race played a role in how I was treated. I ultimately chose to end my relationship with this office. I hope State Farm takes this experience seriously, reviews how these policy changes were handled, and addresses the customer service concerns involving Tamara Dunlap, Jennifer Davis, and Rosetta Clinton.

I am fortunate to have connected with Tony from Kyle Angelle's office as he made this task less intimidating. Tony was courteous from the get-go and was a pleasant to speak with. He was patient and held a genuine rapport with me throughout the process. He answered my questions thoroughly and ensured that I was able to avail of all the concessions that I qualified for. Our experience with Caley Baillio State Farm was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend…read morethis agency to a business seeking commercial liability insurance. State Farm originally approached us about insuring our handyman business. Before the policy was written, we provided detailed financial information and a complete list of the services we perform. We were fully transparent about our operations, including the fact that we perform pressure washing. We relied on the agency to review this information and confirm that State Farm could properly insure our business. After going through underwriting, canceling our existing coverage, and spending considerable time transferring the policy, State Farm issued the policy and we began paying the required premium. Approximately five weeks later, the agency asked whether we performed pressure washing--even though it had been disclosed on the information we originally provided. We were then told State Farm could no longer insure us. As a result, we had to start the entire process over again: find another insurance company, provide all our business information again, complete another underwriting process, and spend hours shopping for replacement liability coverage. This could have been avoided if proper due diligence had been completed before the State Farm policy was issued. Approximately six months later, State Farm audited the short period in which we were insured. During the audit, we were told that all payroll had to be classified under a carpenter classification, including the owners and office employees who perform no carpentry or fieldwork. Because the audit happened to include one of our busiest payroll months, the final charge was approximately double our normal monthly premium. We disputed the classification and the additional charge, but our concerns were not resolved, and the bill was ultimately sent to collections. My greatest frustration is that we provided the agency with the information it requested and clearly disclosed the work our company performs. In my opinion, the agency did not adequately review that information before issuing the policy, leaving our business to deal with the time, expense, stress, and disruption that followed. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this agency for commercial liability insurance. Business owners should carefully confirm--in writing--that every service they provide is covered and that office and ownership payroll will be classified appropriately before accepting a policy.
