They provide a great service! I can always call on them anytime I have an insurance question. Which I found out is much better than calling the insurance co directly. In one instance, after a hail storm in our area, I called our homeowner's policy to check on our coverage. Much later I found out that the operator wrote it up as a claim on our policy. But I never made any claim and had no repairs made. Thankfully, Templeton Insurance Agency was very helpful when I called them. I should have called them in the first Place!

I called and called for 30 minutes off and on. Frantic, I finally drove there. The reason for no one answering the phones was very apparent, there are help wanted signs all over the front windows. Karla was the only one to arrive 10 minutes later. Upon showing her my letter, she looked up my account and said an agent had not properly signed the forms. I did not think it fair my policy was in danger of getting cancelled because of an insurance agent's ineptitude. She agreed and fixed it and put a call into underwriting. Crappy service…read more After being with farmers for 40 years I've decided to try progressive ins. This has been a cluster fuck of an insurance company! Crappy service even to the pout of yelling clients that they are Lying. Cheep ass repairs with most of the damage being denied coverage. Beatrice in claim office has been useless and has yet answered a phone call. Christopher , an adjuster is there to make Money for progressive by denying claims. Insurance jumped from 125 to 390 and they are too damn cheap to actually do repairs. Telling a customer that they are lying is bullshit. Never should have tried this sorry assed company!
