I was a customer for years, but they were never able to even come close to the auto rate offered by Progressive, but then when an Allstate bundle beat what I was paying for auto at Progressive and homeowners through Suzanne Brown / Texan, that made me decide to leave both of them. My exit was handled very badly, my cancellation document, which I signed and have a copy of, was never sent to the insurer, so weeks later I had to call the insurer directly and get that taken care of myself. But this wasn't the only time, many times in the past I could never get my agent to call me back. I guess she was off chasing big commercial real estate deals, and we private homeowners are too small to care about?
