I called the office, the young lady said Silvia would get back to me, but never did. I sent an email, no one responded. Then they finally answered and said that I needed to call or text Silvia's phone directly to get a hold of her. I did and everything was fixed within a day. I later needed tax services again and decided to give them another try. It has been four days since I emailed her the information, and have not received a response. This is very unprofessional, I'm a licensed insurance agent and our office would never treat customers this way. I understand they are busy because of covid and some are working from home, but the response time shouldn't be within two weeks or four days. If they would at least give me an update, a time frame, or a better way to reach them it would be more acceptable. Unless you know her personally, I recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We'be been good customers until we sold our home and had a seizable refund coming. For some reason that's when they decided to dodge all followup calls from us and anytime I spoke to an office person (Devin) I was lied to. It's been several weeks now and I called to demand an overnight check or direct deposit and was told oh, it's in the refund department. So, for weeks we've been lied to that the check was mailed long before and telling us the call every few days and check our mailbox everyday. I told the office (Devin) I would come pick it up and asked the address to pick it up. Apparently, giving and address is a very difficult task for them. When I finally got the correct office address I see it's my agents office! Seriously. It's one large room where everyone can see each other. No need to send messages or lie about someone in meetings all day. They're all sitting in one room looking at each other. Some start fees are close to $300. We were quoted $250 and the companies that they put you with. They Don't have very good reviews. The companies they broker you to for insurance are companies that struggle to have customers stay with them and the claims with these companies, usually a problematic because they don't pay out on time, or even at all.
