I met him at a networking group a few years ago. Unlike most tax guys I've met, Tom is very jolly and has a laugh that fills up six rooms. A sense of humor is soooooo appreciated when dealing with something as stressful as taxes. He's good at dumbing things down for the tax-jargon illiterate like myself.
