Months later, we receive another mail from a state government (one that I traveled to for work) saying that we owed a specific amount and had penalty charges. After trying to call Natasha another 10000x and speaking with her incompetent admins, we ended up calling the state government directly to sort it out (and yes....it ended up being Natasha placing the wrong amount for one of the line items) Another note, by the time we finally reached her (after using a new number and name so that she'd actually call us back), she said she made no mistakes, would talk to the state government, and call us back......We still haven't heard from her. I have NO IDEA why this place has high ratings, but please save yourself from extra stress and avoid this place. They're absolutely unprofessional and do not care about their customers.
