While I did not have an issue with the services or the staff my rating of two starts is specific to the fee increase. I was told that the fee is high because of two reasons 1) this was established for the 'area' and 2) it includes the ability to ask questions all year. I would rather go without the ability to ask questions and go back to the initial amount I paid which I thought was more reasonable.
