Tommy Tran State Farm Brach…read moreis the worst branch you can get into business with, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO GO SOMEWHER ELSE!! I canceled my policy in February and now its April and still no refund on my account and shows that i still have a premium policy with them. I had to call corporate which they had told me they been trying to send them request to cancel my policy but no one is replying to them also which now i am escalating this to the claim department because not a single person in this branch knows how to do their job correctly. Every time i call they would give me the run around. First Cancelation was on Feb 29, second one was March 1, and Third time was March 6. Now its April 16 and they still haven't canceled my auto policy. Tommy Tran needs to be let go or do his job a lot better. After this i would not want to ever do business with them again. What a horrible agent to have!
