I struggled with a home claim from hurricane Beryl until last week. I had almost given up, because I had given out from the sheer exhaustive dealings with the corporate office. These two ladies simply took the reigns and blazed a trail that could only be compared to "Secretariat" at the Belmont, because they have the heart and the desire to get the job done for the customer.
