Byron happened to have been driving right past the scene of my accident, saw me and he immediately stopped. He told me not to worry and that he would make the phone call to the insurance company and he filed my claim for me. He even stayed at the scene until the tow truck company took my vehicle. Byron even took me to Enterprise so that I could pick up the rental that the insurance company had reserved for me. I've never heard of an insurance agent ever doing that for anyone before. I'm glad my agent was there for me. I highly recommend Byron Lee with Greenway Insurance!!!

I wrote a review a couple years ago praising Cypress Insurance agency. I was dead wrong about the…read morecompany. Last year they dropped the ball, they could have had my business for my Lubbock home as well. I kept asking the for a quote, begging really. Day of closing I had to find another company to insure the home. The office manager, Lilly, is so disrespectful and rude. I was looking for another insurance company to switch my policies over. Nope, can not, the , insurance has gotten so out of hand on what they will cover and not. So by default I have to stay with Cypress Insurance. And the same office manager is still working for the company. I told her this year through email that I was looking for another insurance company, because of the experience I had with her last year. Her response "I'm sorry you feel that way, I will take you off of our list to reach out to with new quotes." Oh my gosh! Terrible business practice! I'm stuck for the time being now, don't make the same mistake I made, don't get auto and home insurance through Cypress Insurance!!

I decided to do some more searching on my own and found statefarm to be cheaper and have more coverage. We changed coverage to statefarm. The statefarm agent asked them to cancel our service. Linda Sexton told him that we planned to make many claims and advise him against insuring us and they did not cancel our travelers insurance. We ended up on the phone for hours trying to cancel this service because they did not cancel it. Beware they are deceitful and liars and I have the bills and emails and everything to prove it.

She asked questions to understand my situation and what I needed. What separates her from the other brokers is she offers advice to help you make a good choice and think about scenarios you may fail to consider. I also liked that the suite of providers she works with are reputable versus some brokers who may get you lower quotes but with companies that have poor consumer reports when that time comes to put in a claim. I trust her with my future needs because of my experience with her customer service. 1. Listens well 2.Offers solutions not just barriers 3.Proactively follows up 4. Plugs in well with your home buying team Did I mention she is pleasant to talk to as well! Save yourself the stress, stop searching and call. She'll help you keep Murphy at bay.

State Farm was absolutely fantastic in dealing with my accident. Diego Cervantes, on the other hand, not so much.
