I had stuff left in the trailer which I had to unload so I could transport more furnishings to Texas. I was on my way when a snowstorm hit while close to Santa Fe New Mexico. I lost control and skid it into the medium. When the truck stopped I discovered that the rear end of the truck, the ball hitch on the trailer and the front of the trailer we're damaged so much that I needed a wrecker. I called Allstate and notified them while at the scene of the accident. While on the phone I found out that Santa Fe did not have any car rental companies and the closest rental car company was about 120 miles in any direction. I asked Allstate how I could get there, I was told they didn't know but it was up to me to get there, they would rent the car when I got there. I got it towed to Santa Fe and the tow truck driver took me to a motel, he was able to get me a room at a discounted rate. On the way to the motel I asked him about services that I might be able to pay for to get me to the rental company. I was informed that the town did not have any services, no bus, no planes, no taxi, no uber, nothing. I contacted Allstate back again in the morning informing them about my dilemma, I was told that I had to get there but they could not help me. Allstate did not care enough about my well-being. I had to hitchhike out of the town. I asked several people before I found a person going towards a town not in the direction I was heading but I was desperate, I had to appear for court so I took the ride. Now, to help the reader understand what my real problem is besides them not providing me a ride to the rental. If Allstate is willing to leave me stranded in the middle of nowhere, think about it being you, you're 16 year old daughter or son, your grandparents, you live 1500 miles away and they tell them what I described above leaving you/them abandon, would you feel you were in "Good Hands", I don't believe so. As you can tell I am here today nothing happened to me, didn't have to defend myself or robbed but frustrated that they are leaving their policy holders vulnerable and having no remorse. Now to add injury to insult. Before leaving for Texas and at the height of covid I was looking for a trailer in California, no one was selling, on back order or if one hit the lot it was gone immediately. Thanksgiving 2021, I went to my property in texas, but needed to return to California about 7 days later. During that time just before leaving I was able to find a trailer and bought it from a dealer. They would not register it because I had a California license and I wanted it registered in Texas, I was moving there. That same day I was headed to my home in Texas I received a call from my insurance agent and told them I had bought the trailer. I was told that they could not insure it till it was registered in my name. I went to the DMV to do so but was told they could not register it without a Texas license. I went the next day and applied for my license. Then I had to leave for court. I was in California for about 3 weeks taking care of business then returned to Texas. About 2 weeks after returning on a Friday late afternoon the license showed up but it was too late to do anything. I had planned on going to the DMV Monday and taking care of the registration and insurance issue. Over that same weekend I got a call from my lawyer's office telling me I needed to be in court again the following week. I still hadn't unpack from the previous trip from California. I rushed all weekend and left that Monday in order to make it on time. On the way the accident happened. Well in California I called my agent and explain the above, he told me that if his agent told me that I couldn't register due to the above that I may have been given wrong information. He (David, the owner) said he would look into it. That he had an elaborate and expensive machine that recorded conversations between agents and clients. He also instructed me that he would get back with me and upon me returning that he would sit down with me and we could review the taping. He also stated to me if his agent gave me the wrong information that he would give me his policy numbers to file against his E&O insurance ( Errors and Omission). I never heard back from him. About 3 weeks after the conversation I was driving down to the Houston area. Along the way I decided to drive to his office. I attempted many times prior to that day and that day to get David to return my calls, no response. I arrived at the office, the staff told me he was out, but they called him. He answered and t
