Linda Sexton told him that we planned to make many claims and advise him against insuring us and they did not cancel our travelers insurance. We ended up on the phone for hours trying to cancel this service because they did not cancel it. Beware they are deceitful and liars and I have the bills and emails and everything to prove it.

I asked her office to have Kristi call me as she was my actual agent. It took her 3 days to return my call knowing that she had an unhappy customer. I asked other insurance agents if this was an industry standard and they said no. When I told her that I didn't think it was right for State Farm to keep my money when I was requesting a refund (having never been late with a paym't and ALWAYS paying for the entire 6-month policy) and I told her I was going to take my business somewhere else, she LAUGHED at me. I quickly took both my home and auto elsewhere...and the icing on the cake is that I was able to save a combined $1k on my policies (with better coverage)!

I got an email with everything produced and called in as it was half of what I paid with Allstate! My agent was Josie and is a 10/10 all around. She made a frustrating process easy, answered questions clear, was fun to talk to. She did all the leg work well before my call and I work 12 hours a day. Finding time to call companies is not fun or feasible to be on the line for an hour just to get bad news. She had better rates lined up, I paid and boom done! It's been several weeks now and I called to demand an overnight check or direct deposit and was told oh, it's in the refund department. So, for weeks we've been lied to that the check was mailed long before and telling us the call every few days and check our mailbox everyday. I told the office (Devin) I would come pick it up and asked the address to pick it up. Apparently, giving and address is a very difficult task for them. When I finally got the correct office address I see it's my agents office! Seriously. It's one large room where everyone can see each other. No need to send messages or lie about someone in meetings all day. They're all sitting in one room looking at each other.
