Eric and his crew did a fantastic job for my move. I was looking for a professional crew who would not waste any time and get the job done clean. The two crew guys didn't talk much, but thats exactly what I was looking for so no issue there. These guys are all about work and doing it with efficiency. Congratulations to Eric for his excellent leadership and work. My money well spent. read more

Used them on a recent move. Their price was lower than everyone else by a few dollars. They were on time and ready to go. The two movers were much slower than I would have expected and when they arrived, they said oh there is an extra $60 charge for each piano which I was told was included from the original sale. I told them if that has changed, you can get in the truck and leave. Called the boss and it was a "mistake", uh huh sure....I would consider using them again but I did think they were a bit slow, probably on purpose. read more

Alex was extremely professional and handle everything with such care. His team came in and did a fantastic job, even disassembled a complicated bed frame and re-assembled it at the new spot. They were available on short notice as well. Lastly, and most importantly, the finished the job on schedule and didn't run over time which a lot of moving companies try to do in oder to boosts the price. Highly recommend! read more

Wow quick and on time. These guys don't mess around. No chit chat just work, more work and then fuck you pay me. I love it. I'm hiring these guys again. read more

No one likes moving, and I personally had the worst experience in the past. One of my friends recommended Professional Moving Company for my last move, and I was pleasantly surprised!!! Company name truly stands for the services they provide!!! I had a very positive experience from the very moment I have filled a form for a quote on their user friendly website, till the moment last piece of furniture was on the place it belongs! Alex and his team came right on time, and they were very friendly and positive throughout the hole process. Things that looked super hard and heavy to me looked so light and easy in their hands! All my furniture was carefully wrapped in blankets without me even mentioning it, and absolutely nothing got damaged during the move! I was soooo happy when they put all the furniture to the places it belongs, and I didn't have to move anything myself! Through the short period of time my moving was complete!!! Their prices are super reasonable, and it was my pleasure to give them tip they deserved for the hard and professional work they did! I will definitely recommend them to all my friends, and will use their services for absolutely everything else I would need to move! read more

About time to relocate my belongings and step into the new year with good karma. My fellow friend Alex helped me to move to my new place. Very affordable prices for small moves across town working 5-10miles. I would recommend using their truck rather than renting one, cause the labor itself what's costing you to move. 5star-well done read more

We used professional moving company earlier this week. Overall it was a great experience. They arrived within the window they gave, wrapped up items to ensure they weren't damaged in transit. The movers were nice, attentive, and very helpful. Quite possibly the easiest move we've ever had. Can't recommend them enough. read more

I used this company again like I said I would from my previous review back in June. What can I say? Again, they provided excellent customer service. Spoke with Kate a couple of weeks ago and scheduled me with no problems at all. I asked her if I can request the same crew that assisted me last time. She said she will try depending on what the schedule was like for the movers. I did my move on 11/6/2021. I received a call from Eddie at 0800. He stated that he will be handling my move along with his two partners. They weren't the same guys I had before. Eddie told me he will be at the storage facility in 45 minutes from when be notified me. Eddie and his crew were on time. Right when Eddie got to location he and his crew went to work. They moved everything out of both storage facilities with efficiency and methodically. Eddie and his crew moved everything out in a timely manner. They arrived at my new home and unloaded everything. They moved the big furniture into the house with no problem at all. Eddie was making sure his guys were careful moving furniture into my house so the new paint and floors don't get scratched or damaged. I can't say enough for this moving company but thank you again! read more

PMC was absolutely amazing. I had to move from a storage unit to an apartment and PMC sent out Igor & Igor, two really great movers and fast workers. They were very careful with each item and made sure to not scratch or damage any of the apartments interior. Again, they did a really great job and I couldn't have asked for a better moving company & movers. 5 stars, thanks PMC! read more

Cannot say enough positive things about this company. They were on time all the way through. They were nice, professional and super fast. Probably the best moving experience I've had. Big shout out to Art and Anthony for moving us with no worries. All the items made it over in perfect condition. Highly recommend this company and more so the two movers that moved us, couldn't have been better. I don't leave a lot of reviews on yelp, but I had to For this one. They were just too good. read more

I used them for a move from my house to an apt. Someone had cancelled on me and I was able to get Professional Moving Company at a short notice and they were excellent. read more

After talking to several moving companies and comparing rates, I ended up choosing Professional Moving Company. Andrey came by the same day. He was very professional and polite. I asked him why would I choose their company over this other companies who's price rates were better. He went on to tell me that the reviews speak for its self and that he had been with the company for some time. I didn't particularly agree about the reviews after being told that some companies give you discounts for rating them five star review. But I went ahead and decided to use them, because 1, when I called they were very polite and listened to my needs, and 2, a again Alex was very professional and represented the company well. He called me a couple of days before the move to confirm that they would be here early in the morning to get me move. The morning of my move, Alex called me to let me know they were on their way. When they arrived, Alex introduced himself and we went over the paperwork and what was agreed on. Along with Alex where, Vladimir, Sasha and Ariel. They worked their butts off and worked fast yet very careful with my things. I had bought my own seran wrap and bubble wrap and they were very fine with using that and didn't pressure me into having to us their supplies. They gote everything packed and loaded on their truck. They followed me into my new home and I had lunch there waiting for them. We got there and I partially had to tell them to please take a lunch break. After eating, it was back to getting my things off the truck and in the right rooms. Again they are very fast but yet gentle with my belongings. This team of four was so good, I couldn't asked for a better crew. I am leasing for a year until I get my new home bill, and you better believe I will be using Professional Moving Company again and hopefully can request the same crew. Thank you Professional Moving Company making these move smooth and no stressful. I've already told my agent about you guys and told her to refer you to get clients who are buying and selling their homes. Anyways home this review can help some of you who are moving there needed a real reviews from a real consumer. read more

I hired them for long distance moving from LA to San Francisco.very professional movers and hard working crew , I had great experience would definitely recommend to my friends. Before I decided to go with them I checked top 5 moving companies with best reviews on Yelp , and Professional Moving Company pricing is the most competitive. I was moving from Hollywood 3 bed room apartment to San Francisco . They first sent one person to my apartment, assessed all the stuffs that I need to bring along, and the next day they emailed my quote.the price included truck , gas and mileage from pick up to drop off location, blankets, free use wardrobe boxes, unlimited shrink wrap and tape. Sasha Alex and Slava came for the first day loading and then Sasha and Alex drove up to the San Francisco and unloaded everything the next day.they took great care of my delicate furniture, dissembled and assembled beds. Thanks guys, you helped me a lot !!! read more

Update: the company reached out after my initial review and offered me a partial refund for the damages. Although I appreciate their willingness to provide compensation, it doesn't erase the lack of attention that caused the initial damage and the failure to notify me when the damage happened. If you do choose to use their services, I would recommend monitoring your belongings closely. read more

Outstanding work! I would not hesitate to hire this company again for my future moves. They helped me with my move in late September. The movers, Fyodor and Igor, were incredibly fast, efficient, patient, and careful with my belongings. They were also very friendly. The price was reasonable overall. I strongly recommend Professional Moving Company. read more

Superb. Didn't expect such courtesy and care. So glad I found them through yelp and chose them based on other user reviews.

PMC responded quickly to my request for a quote and they were able to send 2 workers the very next day. The 2 people worked for the entire time going up and down stairs. I am so happy to have used them to move many items within my house. The price was just as advertised. read more

This crew of guys were incredible. They covered my new carpet to protect it. They wrapped everything extremely well and worked very hard. Nothing was damaged. read more

What should've been an easy 3-hour job for some reason took 6 hours. The guys seemed nice at first so we left them alone to do their thing, but then came to find out that after two hours they still weren't done loading the truck. Granted, we had minimal furniture to move. They also charged us double the hourly rate for driving because we lived 14 miles away, where if we were 10 miles they wouldn't have. The person responding on Yelp was very quick initially which we liked, but when I asked him about what the prorated cost should be he never responded so we just paid the guys what they asked for. Nothing was broken and they were polite so those were pluses, but definitely felt like we got taken advantage of with the charges. Felt like the 5 star reviews were misleading. UPDATE: I will give them an extra star because the movers themselves were pleasant and I don't want them to get in trouble for this. I would just warn anyone using them to get a time estimate before booking. But I do want to support a family business. read more
