Uneven front window cuts, scratches and bubbles were seen on all windows. To the untrained eye this may not be noticeable but to the rest this is glaring issue. Upon return to confront about the situation I received good customer service where they offered to fix my issues but I opted for a full refund.

The real issue was is that they don't have the ability or interest in getting an Audi windshield and thus, had no problem telling me what a mistake it was to have a luxury car in Cheyenne. Well the mistake was theirs, as I was promptly take care of by Novus glass and they have earned a new customer for life. You don't have to go out of town to get your luxury car fixed, despite what this business may tell you.
