I noticed everything was very well organized which is always a good sign especially for someone like me who notices small details like this. Both of our cars came out super clean. Cons: They don't have a water source/pressure washer, so you do have to provide them with a water hose and electricity. He has no…read morefreaking idea wtf he is doing, and has no business painting cars and doing body work..He asks for all the money up front too. He is a train wreck shyster con artist. I had some simple body work to do on my 2011 Mustang gt due to a tow truck cable snapping and damaging my front end. Joe@ Supreme smart repairs dent removal referred me to Ben and said he was excellent, so i gave Ben a try. Worst mistake of my life. Ben is totally inept and has no idea what's good quality work and not. Takes him a month to get the cheap aftermarket parts( after i told him OEM parts only). He originally promised to do the whole job at my house because he's a mobile service, then he changed his mind at last second, and asked me to drive 55 miles to San bernadino on Super bowl Sunday. Then he constantly gives me excuses for his delays because he just had a baby. So finally i get out there Sunday in San bernadino and he takes car into his rinky dink shop. He had weeks to paint bumper but waited until day before i go to paint it. He pulls old bumper and grill and lower valance off and then since my car has a big heat exchanger up front, the new bumper needs to be slightly modified inside. So he cuts and butchers, and shreds the plastic and reinstalls bumper and nothing fits right. So he tells me aftermarket parts don't usually have the factory bolt holes lined up so you have to drill them out. So he drills them out to make it fit. Paint was peeling too that he just newly sprayed night before. Long story short, this guy butchered the job, and nothing aligned properly and color doesn't match, and fender bumper gap doesn't match, and big gaps between grill and bumper, and he lost screws and fasteners and had to use different ones than are already on there....etc. I can go on and on and on but just look at my pics and you will see how bad this guy's work really is. He has no concern for doing a top quality job, just put on crappy aftermarket parts and jerry-rig it together with big gaps, and peeling paint, and incorrect parts, and unprepped surfaces and scratches everywhere...etc. So the tow truck owner who paid for all this, disputed the $1900 charge and getting all his money back from this scammer back alley amateur Ben Quinn's auto magic. DONT go near this guy whatever you do.

I saw his work up close while getting my smog done a tahoe I just bought at an auction. I came back the next day to find him working on another car. I am a shrewd negotiator and am well researched in the subject. He had all the right answers. He did a interior strip down to the metal and full clean and polished the outside. Painted the bumpers and grille. Was so impressed that fast forward to present I still have his number and wanted some work done. I told him what I wanted done and the condition of the vehicle and was honest about the price. He came out and detailed my truck. He told me he hated trucks and that I bamboozled him into believing it wasnt that bad. Mind you I regularly wash wax my truck buy hand. I am one of those guys that would wipe the inner fenders. Took my car in. Paid for a local two truck. I already knew my fuel pump needed to be replaced. I…read moretold the mechanic I found a few with warranty at a reasonable price. The mechanic tells me my fuel pump is working fine. He charges me $75.00 and says he replaced a cable of some sort. The next day the car stalls on me. I have to tow the car home in the middle of the night. Another $85.00 :-( The tow truck does me a favor and helps me get the car to the mechanic. I tell the mechanic, ITS MY FUEL PUMP. and I already found the parts at a good price. He tells me he already ordered the parts at double what I found them for. We go back and forth, but I give in. I pick up my car and again, the next day the car stalls on me again. Im stuck and the mechanic tells me I have to tow my car back to his shop. He wont pay for towing and says he will look at it, but I have to pay for the tow. By now Im over $700 into my what should be my repairs. I can't believe this. I was sick of going to the local car wash and feeling like they did just a barely decent job for…read more$28. So I checked on yelp for some local mobile car wash/detailing companies. Many were established and had great reviews, but overpriced for what we wanted. Gregg of Pristine Auto Clean messaged new that a basic wash and vacuum, with tire dressing and all the normal bells and whistles you get at the car wash was only $25! And for $35, he added a carnuba wax on the entire car that made it shine like the top of the Chrysler building! (Extra points if you know what that's from) Gregg showed up promptly at 9am and worked on the car and was just so detailed. He even has his own mobile 50 gallon water system that is more gentle on the car's paint than many pressure washers used. He finished around 10:45 and then even helped us when we discovered my Honda car battery was dead from the car sitting for so long while we used our Murano solely during the pandemic! He may be a smaller independent company, but I am all for supporting those local folks who are quality people wanting to do a great job for their customers. We will be calling him again for sure. I hope his business continues to flourish because he's a great person and his work is top quality.
