Ok i will try and make this quick and short. Dont ever go near this guy(Ben Quinn). He has no freaking idea wtf he is doing, and has no business painting cars and doing body work..He asks for all the money up front too. He is a train wreck shyster con artist. I had some simple body work to do on my 2011 Mustang gt due to a tow truck cable snapping and damaging my front end. Joe@ Supreme smart repairs dent removal referred me to Ben and said he was excellent, so i gave Ben a try. Worst mistake of my life. Ben is totally inept and has no idea what's good quality work and not. Takes him a month to get the cheap aftermarket parts( after i told him OEM parts only). He originally promised to do the whole job at my house because he's a mobile service, then he changed his mind at last second, and asked me to drive 55 miles to San bernadino on Super bowl Sunday. Then he constantly gives me excuses for his delays because he just had a baby. So finally i get out there Sunday in San bernadino and he takes car into his rinky dink shop. He had weeks to paint bumper but waited until day before i go to paint it. He pulls old bumper and grill and lower valance off and then since my car has a big heat exchanger up front, the new bumper needs to be slightly modified inside. So he cuts and butchers, and shreds the plastic and reinstalls bumper and nothing fits right. So he tells me aftermarket parts don't usually have the factory bolt holes lined up so you have to drill them out. So he drills them out to make it fit. Paint was peeling too that he just newly sprayed night before. Long story short, this guy butchered the job, and nothing aligned properly and color doesn't match, and fender bumper gap doesn't match, and big gaps between grill and bumper, and he lost screws and fasteners and had to use different ones than are already on there....etc. I can go on and on and on but just look at my pics and you will see how bad this guy's work really is. He has no concern for doing a top quality job, just put on crappy aftermarket parts and jerry-rig it together with big gaps, and peeling paint, and incorrect parts, and unprepped surfaces and scratches everywhere...etc. So the tow truck owner who paid for all this, disputed the $1900 charge and getting all his money back from this scammer back alley amateur Ben Quinn's auto magic. DONT go near this guy whatever you do. read more

TL,DR. Little expensive but man you will be amazed. Couple of years ago I found Ben hustling a car dealership for paint and body work. I saw his work up close while getting my smog done a tahoe I just bought at an auction. I came back the next day to find him working on another car. I am a shrewd negotiator and am well researched in the subject. He had all the right answers. He did a interior strip down to the metal and full clean and polished the outside. Painted the bumpers and grille. Was so impressed that fast forward to present I still have his number and wanted some work done. I told him what I wanted done and the condition of the vehicle and was honest about the price. He came out and detailed my truck. He told me he hated trucks and that I bamboozled him into believing it wasnt that bad. Mind you I regularly wash wax my truck buy hand. I am one of those guys that would wipe the inner fenders. This guy killed it again. When he was done I didnt know it could get that amazing... and I bought it new! If you want the detail that makes you smile and giggle og cleanliness dont wait call ben read more

Oh where do I even begin with this review?, First off, Ben is the friendliest person I've met in a long while and made the entire experience that much greater. He worked me a sweet deal on a 5 year ceramic coat for my new 2019 Power Wagon and rocked it with his assistant Zack. These two did a stellar job starting with a wash, clay work, deep surface cleaning, and finally the ceramic coat. It's good to see someone who is passionate about their craft the way he is and it shows. These guys were working hard and it was my pleasure to treat them to a tasty In-N-Out lunch. After the body work was done, they got working inside the fenders, radius arms, coils, etc. Finally, they added a nice flexible ceramic protection coat for the leather interior. The exterior is awesome looking and the best part is the coating's hydrophobic properties. His work is amazing and I highly recommend him to anyone. In fact, we're already booking him to come back and take care of my girlfriend's truck. read more

Ben's Auto Magic: Ben has gone WAY beyond anything I was expecting from a "simple" detail! Dog hair gone, stains gone, greasy hand prints gone! What is now back is a deep shine in the paint and all the trim looks good as factory. His time and dedication to the craft of detailing are a great example of solid work ethic. All his products are top notch brands that really set the finished vehicle apart from just a bucket wash and wax. Having the right tools, knowledge and passion made Ben a fantastic choice to have my Jeep detailed. ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND !! read more

Doesn't even deserve 1 star but negative isn't an option. I was looking to wrap my truck shell and got quotes from several places then a friend told me he had gotten stickers from him and he was a nice guy. That was my first mistake of many with him. Its a long story with many issues of his work and customer service. I got a quote and he couldn't do what I was asking so we worked it out that he would paint it instead and put wrap somewhere else on the truck. I told him how much I was quoted elsewhere and he was going to match it even though it was much cheaper to paint. When It came time he pushed me back and I was nothing but accommodating to him for months through out the process. During the time I was waiting my wife needed body work done on her car and so we tried to give him business since he talked so highly of himself and is abilities to do this work when he was at a dealership. We started that process through out insurance and he was giving a check. By then I had gotten my truck in and it longer than he said and you can tell he rushed and areas that were completely missed by paint and see through in other parts. He took a fender flair off to repaint that could have been buffed and Im still waiting for the part since June that he did install once but didn't put the screws back in it flew off on the freeway and blamed it on the double side tape Back to my wifes car, he said to bring it in and it will be a month until he can get to it but he needed it at the shop for some reason. We tried to go somewhere else when he said he had the part ok order (by the way who needs the car for a month before the parts are in) He said it would financially ruin him if we pulled out because he spent all the money. So we were nice enough to not do this and let him finish. Week after week we waited and he gave one excuse after another and he finished working on at least 10 cars before he started ours. 3 months later he still had not painted the door then tells us he needs to paint the whole side (front fender front door, back door, and rear panel because "he doesn't like the way it looks". 2 months later he says to come pick it up and as usual he was not at the shop like every other time we showed up. The car has over spay missing parts and lines that will need to have the whole side painted again. He told us he needs our car for another month or more. Back to my truck, the paint he used is now coming off and the wrap is peeling and I still don't have my fender flare. I contact him and he tells me next week Im slammed. I call a week and a half later and says I have to finish another car it will be awhile. It's unbelievable how he can blow ups off so much and still wants me to spread the word to go to him to get work done. Thats the condensed story. Its been a half year and still nothing fixed or proper. And he doesn't care. read more

I haven't had my car detailed yet by him but I'm giving 5 stars based on great customer service! I had just finished going through a drive-thru car wash and pulled over to the side. I had just recently paid about $200 to get my car fully detailed at another place in Ontario and had to take my car back to have the seats redone since they weren't cleaned... Anyway, when I spotted Ben's truck I stopped to ask him a question and he couldn't tell my car was recently detailed. He helped oil a few parts of the rubber/acrylic for me without charge and I appreciate him for that! I'll be scheduling my detail with you soon! read more

Ben has worked ok my car twice. He's been doing this type of work professionally for many years and it shows. He goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect. He is super quick with his work. Does paint jobs on sight and they look perfect. Better than body shops. Highly recommended. Prices are super low as well. read more

I just had to write another review about my car. I took my car to a new auto mechanic in Hesperia (Car Clinic on G Street) and they couldn't say enough about how "Perfectly" clean the engine was or that my 10 year old car looked "Brand New". Several people made sure to get Bens name and number before I left. Lisa at Car Clinic was so cute when she told the mechanics that this beautiful engine they were looking at belonged to a woman, lol. (I'm now happy to recommend Car Clinic as well) I would also like to add that washing my car was so much fun! It was fast and easy. I used my leaf blower as Ben suggested to remove the majority of water and then a very small microfiber towel to remove any remaining water. Many thanks to Ben and the MAGIC that he did to my car! read more

We found Ben on instagram to have him come out and fix a dent and chip on the edge of my nephews door on his Magnum SRT8, just a few days after contacting him he showed up worked his Magic and had the car looking just like new. We also had him do a wax and polish to make the rest of the car look just as good as new. Hes very knowledgable and willing to teach you things and explain every step he is doing. My family will definitely use him again in the future. read more

I have a 2013 Jeep Wrangler that was in great need for exterior and interior detailing. I also have a white boxer that sheds a lot who I knew would give any detailer a run for their money. To be honest I didnt have high hopes for the interior because of this. My Jeep looks like new! Ben couldn't have done a better job. I will recommend him to everyone I know! read more

I contacted Ben for a quote to get my car detailed. He responded quickly and was able to schedule an appt for me, sooner than expected. He gave me a time and on the day of the appt, he was right on time. He was very friendly and professional. My car is newer, so it didn't have years of stuff stuck to the interior, but it did have dog hair stuck in the carpet and floor mats and with light interior, it definitely needed some work put in, and Ben did just that. I love having a clean engine and he did great...it looks just like it did when I bought it. I definitely recommend him...he even made sure I was completely happy and satisfied with everything, before he left...great customer service!! We will definitely be using him again!! read more

So I watched Ben's videos for a while as they were very satisfying to see the before and after of his work and because I needed similar work done to my vehicles. Then out of random I met him at my new church which was awesome! I had gotten multiple quotes to repair the damage to my paint from a different mobile paint guy who did me dirty and ripped me off. Ben was about 70% cheaper than everyone else I talked to and for so much work to be done on my tacoma, so many panels. He really did a great job blended it fixing my dents, and even giving me a detail and fixing my bumper that would rub on my tires. Ben's auto magic going above and beyond! My truck is back to looking awesome now I'm very pleased read more

Ben was prompt, professional, and accommodating. Ben's work is second to none. We had a huge scratch down to the door metal and now it looks like new. He was always early and was very understanding of our busy schedule and rearranged his time to get our job done. His meticulous approach to auto detailing is early found in his profession. Most companies treat you as just another number. Ben repaired our car as if it was his own. We will be return customers for all our auto body repair and maintenance needs. He will also be the only company we recommend to our family and friends. If you can't fix your car yourself Ben should be the first person you call to help. read more

Ben has worked on my car several times previously - bumper repair and curb rash on my wheels - always with excellent results. I was recently getting ready to sell my 30 year-old sports car when it suddenly began to show signs of paint wear. I knew this would significantly reduce the selling price so I knew I had to get it fixed. Ben had a full schedule so I took the car to a couple of other "detailers." One guy said he couldn't fix it and the other guy wanted a LOT of money with no guarantee that he could fix it. So I decided to wait for Ben. GREAT decision! Ben came to my home and worked on my car for hours. When he was done the car looked like new. After watching Ben work and seeing the results he gets I realized that he's a true craftsman. Anyone can wipe some stuff out of a bottle on your car and make it shine. But only Ben can work his magic, as he has consistently done on my car. My recommendation? If you love your car - and who doesn't - don't settle for less than Ben's Auto Magic. read more

I happen to be across the street from Ben doing a detail job and I had tree sap spot on my truck and he came over and introduced himself and helped me out free of charge this guy is amazing I highly recommend giving him a call. The only problem with Yelp is there's only 5 stars to give out Otherwise I would have given him a perfect 10. His work is amazing! read more

Ben came to my home and repaired my rear bumper, as someone had hit the car in a parking lot. He did the repair in my driveway, which turned out great! The color match is excellent (on a 9 year old car no less), and the paint job looks great. He also repaired all four aluminum wheels and completely detailed the car. My car has not looked this great in years. Ben is very thorough, hardworking, and conscientious. His price was beyond reasonable. Ben has worked for BMW in the past and knows his business well. I highly recommend if you need mobile auto body repair, aluminum wheel rejuvenation, dent removal, or a thorough detail, give Ben a call. Its truly Auto Magic!! read more

takes jobs when he don't have the time to do them does extra stuff for you to keep you quiet and asks for payment before work is done does not know how to paint match tells you to take the part in for a repaint only to change the date because he takes on more work than he can handle does not buff or paint strait lines over charges for the quality of work he does and then justifies the free work to not give you a refund to get your part professionally redone by someone who actually knows how to paint read more
