Incredible job detailing the interior and exterior of my car! It looks like I have a brand new car inside and out! Highly recommend this business they were prompt in setting time with me and so helpful and did not try to oversell me on the cleaning package. Kind, trustworthy, great attitude, and so thorough--I felt like they truly cared about my car. I will definitely use their services again and recommend to my friends. 2014 Jettawagen was a disaster I'd driven through mud and the car had not been cleaned in a few months--I drive kids around so the back had sand and crumbs and looked frankly like a trash car. After their service I'm proud to drive it! The inside looks so fresh and the outside has mirror reflection. Amazing just look at the pics! read more

Kaleb and his colleague did a fantastic job on my Mazda! It looks and feels (and smells) brand new. I live in an apartment without a parking spot like so many of us in LA and he was the only detailer out of five I contacted that were able to commit to detailing my car while it was parked on the street. All while still being super affordable. Thanks Kaleb! read more

Excellent service- extremely responsive and on time for our appointment. Kaleb and his brother take great pride in their work. A plus plus!

Excellent service, very punctual. These guys did an awesome job making my car shine! Will definitely be using them again in the future.

Had a good experience with Proficient Auto. They quickly responded to my Yelp messages and were flexible with scheduling. They were able to show up early and took the time to take care of my vehicle even when it was a very hot day. I did their level 1 package when provided a lot of bang for the buck. My car hadn't been detailed in about 7 years and they were about to make it almost like new. I appreciated the effort and curtious interactions. I will be using again for maintenance detailing read more

NO MATTER WHAT TRANSPIRES FROM THIS REVIEW, I JUST WANT TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THAT WORDS AND PICTURES DO NOT TELL THE TRUTH. So i called this company multiple times to get a quote on washing and detailing 3 of my cars but to my dismay, not a phone call back or message. With that being said, what i gathered from that is, they have plenty of work and could care less about new and possibly long term clients. That is not what I'd like to do business with. I'll end it buy saying, Have a nice day read more

Asked for various quotes and he was the first to respond with a competitive price. We had some salsa spill in the backseat and with this heat we knew we needed fast service. By 8am we already scheduled a noon start time and they did a great job- look no further! This is a top rated business for a reason. read more

I bought my 2017 Mazda used from Carvana and my car legitimately looks better after Kaleb and his crew cleaned it than it did when I bought it. These guys know what they're doing. I went with the level 2 cleaning which is on the pricey side but these guys got several scratches out, got my headlights looking brand new, my rims looking better than they ever have, and the interior looks awesome as well. The fact that they're mobile is a major plus. Kaleb was responsive and transparent from the beginning. I'll be honest, I've never had a car detailed before so I don't have a previous experience to compare it to, but it was an excellent experience for my first detailing and I'm very glad I went with these guys! Oh, my engine looks great as well. Thanks Kaleb and crew! Aww pictures for before and after if you're interested! read more

I have a 1987 Mercedes 300E with original paint. The vehicle had been sitting neglected for 6+ years and it was about time to give it some TLC. I contacted multiple detailers, both mobile and not. Because of the age of the car and condition of the paint, I wanted to make sure that whoever worked on my car would not damage the aging paintwork. From the start, Kaleb was responsive, detailed and honest in what he would and would not be able to do. He detailed his services via Yelp chat and set up a time to actually come out and take a look at the car to give an estimate. We decided on what we would do and set up a time for the detail. Kaleb and his team arrived on time and promptly began work. I could really see that they genuinely cared about my car. They made sure to take extra care to preserve the leather seats and paint. After 6 hours of hard work, they finished with my car. The results were night and day! I was very happy with Results and will be contacting him again to work on my other cars. Thanks Kaleb! read more

I requested a quote on Yelp for auto detailing for my wife's Audi. Proficient Auto responded very quickly. I reviewed their service and price compared to several others. Although they were not the cheapest I felt you got more service for the price. I am very glad I have Proficient Auto my business. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. My wife's car looked like it was brand new. I couldn't believe how good it looked. I was much happier with Proficient Auto verse all the other car wash details I've had done in the past. It was so convenient and easy. I will definitely use Proficient Auto again and again. read more

These guys are the real deal! Awesome job inside and out. Literally didn't even want to get in after it was complete because it looked so fresh just like I was driving it off the lot. Man, these guys are legit. They worked around my work schedule and needs to get my 86 back to its former glory. I've had a few other detailers come around to with on my car, and it always hurt to pay for their service only to miss some completely obvious spots! Not only did the two hit every spot I checked, but they also cleaned my engine bay - something I haven't seen so clean since the day I bought it. I. RECOMMEND. THESE. GUYS. Wow, Kaleb at proficient auto did an amazing job on ceramic coating and full detail of my jeep. They were so detailed oriented. Some examples where taping off all the black trim when polishing, washing the undercarriage and detailing it by hand, they even took off my spare tire to detail the rim and tailgate. I have use different Detialer's in the past but Proficient auto surpassed them all. Give them a try you won't be disappointed. In fact I noticed minor streaks in the window and they came back the next day to inspect the ceramic coating ensuring there wasn't any high spots and also wipe the one window down. I have never seen customer service like this. read more

Kaleb did an amazing job detailing my car and steam cleaning my engine at a reasonable price! My cat looks like new! He's also very cordial and professional . My car has been parked outside for about a year because we've had so much stuff in our garage so my car was in real need for a detail. I reached out to Kaleb and he gave me details on the level of washes he offers. I decided to go with level 2 (which he recommended). After much research I decided to go with Proficient Auto and I was very pleased with their work. The car came out awesome. I noticed how diligent and thorough they were with my car. Looked like how it did when it came off the lot. I would definitely recommend Proficient Auto to others. read more

The guys at Proficient Auto are great! They are a mobile detailer, so they came to my apartment and worked in the parking lot where I live, which was very convenient. My car is black, and they took extra care to correct and protect the painted parts as much as possible. Requested a detail with ceramic coat and Kaleb came the same day, last minute. He came on time, was friendly, told me exactly what he was going to do and he did it. I swear everything was so clear it looked like there was no windshield lol. read more

I have been using Kaleb's services for a couple years now and NEVER have been disappointed. He and his partner (I am so sorry I forgot right now) are prompt, courteous, and very detail oriented. They assess what the condition of my paint is and recommend what treatment is needed. I have been using detailers for the last 30 years and Kaleb has never tried to oversell any services. My friend scheduled a detail and Kaleb pointed out a defect in his brand new car paint and held off till the dealer fixed the problem. He could have done the job and they mentioned the problem after. EVERYONE I have referred are now repeat customers and totally satisfied of the results. I got 5 cars nano coated which is admittedly pricey but Kaleb maintains the finish to last. I try to have him come monthly. read more

My car was very dirty, especially the engine because its engine oil spilled. It caused bad (gas) smell. I searched in "yelp" engine and found Proficient Auto. They are very professional and "mobile" that suited me because they can fit my schedule and go to my place - it is a plus! Moreover, their equipment and detergent are very professional. They cleaned my car engine; and I also asked them to clean my wife's car as well. Today, I used their service again to do "deep clean" for my car-compartment and general cleaning the car body. They are very professional and cleaned the car very good! Good job!! My wife feels the car much "fresh" than before. We appreciated their service and price is reasonable. read more
