Had to have the vee-hickle detailed in order to get it ready to sell, and called Mike at All Pro to come out and take care of it. We sold our Honda Accord a few years ago when my husband bought his Mini Cooper, and Mike detailed that one too. Mike and his staff are prompt, courteous, reasonably priced, professional, cool and do a great job. That and they're honest. When I rolled up in the new car and they were working on the old car, Mike brought me over to show me what kinds of scratches and stuff he could get out and what stuff was just not possible. I appreciated his candor. As you can guess by the name, these guys came to us, and worked efficiently right in the driveway with their boom box and wipe-on, wipe-off action. It really needed a good upholstery cleaning. The exterior needed to look brand new too! Michael came to my home, explained what he would do and did the job to perfection! Mike and his assistant are the best. I was ready to give up trying to get someone to come to my home and detail my car as I was getting nothing but answering machines. I left messages, but no return calls. I called All Pro Mobile. Shocked when Mike answered so promptly and patiently listened while I told him what I had gone through trying to arrange an appointment to have my care detailed. I told him that I was most interested in having the upholstery cleaned and it could use a good washing. I have light tan fabric upholstery that has not been cleaned before. It is in perfect shape otherwise. Thought since it has been fourteen years since I purchased the car, it was time to spruce it up a bit, very low mileage 98k. I have been the only driver and the car looks good. The job Mike did on the car in and out is magnificent. It looks like new. Everything he said he would do he did.Called to confirm arrival time, quoted a price that was very reasonable, something I could live with he. They where finished in less than an hour and a half. Looking at the car I just smile and think I should keep you and drive you until the wheels fall off. I was told these Camry's are good for over 200k miles or more. If I didn't want a newer car with some of the new toys, I would drive this Camry another half century. I usually pass my cars on to the kids because they know I have maintained them well. I''ve only used car detailing once before and that was three years ago when I was getting ready to turn in my leased vehicle. I took it to a local car dealer who offered such services and was within walking distance to my office. Fast forward three years and it's time to swap vehicles again. But, the dealer is now out of business and I'm trying to find time to be without car, not pay a fortune, etc. My son suggested a mobile detailing service...who knew? I started searching the internet and found several that served Long Beach. I read about them all, compared prices and then saw Krys G's review. I decided to call Mike and see if we could work it out. Not only did he answer the phone immediately (no machines or clerks taking messages) but he was able to work with my short window of opportunity. Mike and one other person came yesterday...on time...and they did a spectacular job on my 2008 Accord. I was extremely impressed with how thorough they cleaned everything. My car was shining like it just came off the show room floor. The floor mats were pristine (no easy task), the glass didn't have one streak...WOW.
