Would have given no stars if it was possible…read more It went horrible. He said it would be $450, which we prepaid him. Than towards the end we got an invoice for another $230. He said it was because it was more work than he thought it would be, but never discussed any of these extra charges with us. He also said that we knew it would be more than $450 because it was such a large job, but again that was not true he never discussed it with us that it would be more the $450. He was rude when we called to talk to him about it and got upset with us because we never came out to talk to him while they were there cleaning the pool. We were at work each time he came so how could we? To top it all off the pool was open but not completely cleaned. There was still tons of vacuuming that needed to be done and it was disgusting the way he left it. However, he told us he was done cleaning it and it was our turn now. Yes that's right he said it was our turn to take it over when it wasn't even fully cleaned. Not only did he not finish the job and demand we pay him more but I had to continue to clean my yard every night when I got home. He would skim all the stuff out of the pool and just throw it in my grass dead frogs and everything.

Unfortuately, this company does not work on above ground pools but the customer service that I was provided was top notch, and because the owner's wife was so kind to me when I called I was able to get my pool in working condition through a referral.

This year we bought a house with a pool and as first time pool owners things were a bit daunting. Throughout the year, Paradise has been a pleasure to work with. They opened our pool, provided weekly maintenance and any time we've had a question or an issue they've come out within 24 hours to fix the issue or the owner has called me to walk through the issue. We're thankful for their service and would recommend their services to anyone.

They didn't want to send a breakdown of costs and started name calling like a child. Their cleanings are par but expect to get constant price increases. Greg had a lot of good suggestions and changed some things around. They did great work and Greg was very hands on with the whole project. Brendon was communicative and great to work with. All the crew members were kind and respectful. I would highly recommend them! Note: if you need a liner, you must purchase it from Viscount Pools (Clinton Twp or Chesterfield) because they warranty the job. My only suggestion would be to clearly communicate this ASAP when booking the job. I would definitely use them again!

If you watch the man work, its immediately clear that he knows what he is doing. And even though that knowledge and skill is how he makes his living, he was very good about answering questions I had; and even providing tips that would ensure that I would need his services less! I found his honesty and helpfulness refreshing, and after three years since his last visit, I'm hoping I can reach him again to fix a difficult-to-service leak. PS- I wrote this review for two reasons: 1.) because I was that satisfied by Spa Service's performance, and 2.) because the poor review from the Veterinarian below, in particular, annoyed me. It never ceases to amaze me how people can make emergencies of their own 'needs', but not feel a sense of urgency to pay the person that fixes the problem. To then have the audacity to give the business a bad review is shameful. Keep up the good work Spa Services, and give Shawn a raise--lol!
