Carlie showed up with a beautiful smile on her face every appointment. She has a can do attitude and would listen patiently to any health concerns I had. Patiently, she would answer positively and always offer any help possible. One stair step was difficult but she made it fun. She would say "It was a once in a lifetime accident, it happens. Don't be worried. You will get stronger. I will help you feel confident on the stairs again." She provided me non-stop hope and cheered me every time I was able to do more. I passed my test and Carlie will be cheering someone else along. Her beautiful spirit fills your room and air with encouragement. Carlie said goodbye and offered a hand up if I needed it in the future. She wanted me to feel comfortable becoming independent again.
