I know the place was a physical therapy until my second visit. the therapist assigned to me brought me in only for me to be handed over to a 16-year-old assistant, who was reading the steps off of a piece of paper handed to him instructing him on what exercises he should have me do. Zero care and effort from the entire team to the point that I was laying down on my table for a good 15 minutes until I decided to leave after realizing that they have totally neglected me and my care. No one even asked me where I'm going or did I'm not finished yet so I went to the front desk and told him I will not be coming back any further more do not build my insurance for any future visits and I would definitely not be recommending this place to any friends or family Or enemies dor that matter. I mean Truly a shitty place offering shitty experience to people looking to get back to life and recover from their injury. Professional and friendly patient care! I used JAG Physical Therapy of Rossville for five months in 2025 to address the shoulder pain and inflammation. From the very first visit - including the initial assessment - throughout the entire treatment I was consistently impressed by the professionalism, friendliness, and high quality of care at this facility. The treatment was highly effective: over five months I progressed from limited movement and sharp pain that disrupted my sleep to full movement and almost no pain. Even now, when I follow the at-home exercises recommended by my therapist, I continue to feel improvement. Special thanks to Marina, my primary therapist, who developed the treatment plan, and to Francesca, who, along with Marina, provided most effective massages and stretches. Review for JAG-One Physical Therapy, Rossville If you need one-on-one assistance and close supervision, this is not the place for you. If you expect to be greeted courteously by staff--such as "Hello, my name is Lisa, welcome, how are you feeling today?"--this is not the place for you. If you want to be treated directly by the physical therapist assigned to you, this is not the place for you. If safety, proper form during exercises, and adequate supervision matter to you, this is not the place for you. And if you value easy scheduling, especially weekend availability, this is also not the place for you. When you enter the waiting room, someone simply calls your name. There is no introduction, no explanation of their role, and no questions about how you're feeling or whether you're in pain. You are expected to silently follow them into the exercise area. The atmosphere is not friendly or welcoming. Patients are briefly told what exercises to do, and then staff walk away. They can often be seen on their phones, chatting with each other, or standing behind a wall at a computer. They do not monitor whether exercises are being done correctly, which creates an unsafe environment--especially for vulnerable patients. This was particularly concerning for my mother, who has severe dementia and poor balance. She is a high fall risk. The assistant assigned to her did not provide hands-on support or proper guidance. There was no assistance with getting on or off equipment or the treatment table, which is extremely dangerous for someone in her condition. Staff appeared uncomfortable providing hands-on help, including passive range of motion or even basic physical support. We were never greeted by, nor did we receive direct care from, the actual physical therapist assigned to my mother. It seemed the therapist was supervising "from afar," either from another room or behind the counter. I was explicitly told that if one-on-one assistance is required, then JAG-One is not the appropriate facility. Scheduling is also a major issue. There are no weekend appointments available, and late evening appointments are very limited. Overall, this facility is not suitable for patients who need individualized care, close supervision, or a safe, hands-on therapeutic environment--especially elderly patients or those with cognitive or balance impairments. read more

1. the consultation was charged as a visit. they didn't do anything except evaluation for 5 mimutes. 2. first real visit she gave me ultrasound and stimulation with cold as requested no manual treatment ( which prompted me to goggle it) 3. second visit when I told the therapist that I had to goggle to find out that manual is part of the therapy she gave me an attitude. 4. 3rd visit got a new therapist she suggested that I try the hot pad instead of the cold and no do the ultrasound. ( ii replied okay I'm willing to try it!) 5. 4th visit I told the same the since your method didn't give any relief can we do what works for me?? ultrasound, manual treatment and cold with the electrolytes. she starts lecturing me how that not how she does it that she's the professional!!! and 2 other whatever you want to call them obviously chimed in how they are the professionals. I wasn't being rambunctious!!! there was no need for the lesson in therapy. go somewhere else where they treat people in pain better without the lessons! mind you if they are such professionals why is it that every therapist does some different meanwhile they charge and get paid for BS! read more

Therapy for your whole body. Your neck, shoulders, arms, thighs, knees, legs, ankles, back, etc. I and my Family have gone to this Physical Therapy Place and we all have had a Great outcome. We don't get 100% relief but you have to keep going to see them. Maybe stop for a couple of months but than go to your Dr. and get another script and go for more Therapy. They give you a lot of exercises to do and than after they massage you for about 10-15 mins. They are very good. I give them 5 Stars. read more

Jag-One on Woodrow Rd is sooooooo good. My 5 year old daughter goes to them twice a week. They are compassionate, patient and she has gained 90% strength back in her ankle since she started. Rehabbed after my TKR at the FOREST AVE one and loved the staff. They were all professional and very nice. Loved them all. So when hubby needed help with his knees he went closer to home.
