I figured, before I jump back into the gym, I need to start slow. Plus, the past few weeks I started getting lower backaches a lot for some reason. I chose Kessler because of their late hours. Most places close at 7pm, but Kessler is open until 8pm. Last nite was my first session with Allison and wow, she is amazing!!!! She evaluated me and then we started off with about 5 stretching exercises. She also massaged my lower back which felt amazing. I kid you not, when I left there, my back felt AH-mazing. I even slept thru the nite with NO pain. I woke up this morning and I feel like I am 16 again. All from just 1 session! I can't wait to do the rest of my visits. This is exactly what I needed. I was given a massive straight leg brace and crutches by my doctor and immobilized the joint as much as possible to let it heal for the first 3-4 weeks. I then did about two weeks of physical therapy at a different place before transferring to this Therapy Center in Perth Amboy. The transition was seamless, they started me on practically the same program where the old physical therapist left off and continued my treatment excellently. About 6 weeks of physical therapy here in Perth Amboy has resulted in my knee having full range of motion with pain free motion. I, specifically, was treated by Dr. Joan, who was polite, talkative, and incredibly knowledgeable in her field. She led me on a great recovery path. My only complaint, if I had to give one, was that the recovery path was conservative and slow; it prioritized a slow and healthy recovery based on baby steps where I wanted a faster, more challenging pace. Of course, there is nothing wrong with a slow and steady recovery and I am grateful that I did not rush too much and end up hurting myself again.

Zero care and effort from the entire team to the point that I was laying down on my table for a good 15 minutes until I decided to leave after realizing that they have totally neglected me and my care. No one even asked me where I'm going or did I'm not finished yet so I went to the front desk and told him I will not be coming back any further more do not build my insurance for any future visits and I would definitely not be recommending this place to any friends or family Or enemies dor that matter.
