I have video footage of an LXS exterminator spraying chemicals up onto the second floor of our home right at an open window. I also have video footage of him approaching our front door, raising his fist to knock, but then deciding not to and turning around and walking to his car, getting his chemicals and then starting to spray. They were digging holes all over the yard. He gave us ONE wooden "trap" box, rat traps to put inside, and some bait. He set it for us the first time, but told us that WE would have to reset and remove the rodents when caught. It was horrifying - we also live in a tick infested area of upstate New York. We caught mice, too. Sometimes they were still alive. Handling rodents, not safe - we also recommended him to our neighbors, who were having the same problem. I'm sorry I did that! We are the customers, not the wildlife/exterminator experts. Not happy AT ALL. We will never use this company again - searching for a better one.
