(Was put in by HVAC technician) Oh and he was smoking weed in his car in my driveway. I had a technician in today who had it up and running beautifully. I recommend that he doesn't take a job he can't complete and also don't replace hundreds of dollars of parts that weren't fault. ( I paid him $2,000 and still had no heat/hot water) Also threatened to take the parts back off that I paid for, because I was "disrespecting" him, because I was not happy with what he was doing.

I'll definitely be calling MercaWood the next time I need any wiring done or something goes wrong. A bonus is the owner is a great guy. He started this business to provide for his family and now he has a team of electricians. Not only does he pay them well, but he provides them 401k and healthcare, which is expensive and something most electrical companies don't provide their employees. When we explained…read morethe issue we were having with a light fixture that appeared to be arcing, he recommended that we have a new ceiling light/fan ready to be installed in case the issue was with the old light. This way he would be able to replace it if needed and not have to charge us for a second call. He arrived on time and replaced the light fixture and fixed an outdoor outlet. He also changed out the light switch and set up the remote for the light. He even thought to remove the light bulbs from the previous fixture so we could reuse them and cleaned everything up before he left.
