From the moment I spoke with Matt, he was incredibly friendly, warm, and engaging. He explained everything in clear, straightforward terms without ever talking down to me or making things unnecessarily complex. Excellent communication from start to finish--kept me informed every step of the way, showed up right on time, and followed through on every detail. He let me file my own permit (my choice) and pay the inspector directly (meaning he did not mark up these services for his own profit, which is UNHEARD OF!) My boiler ended up needing one part (that he did not replaced) after he was at my house three day (and finally said he could not fix). Also not a nice person, said my equipment had "half a**" parts. (Was put in by HVAC technician) Oh and he was smoking weed in his car in my driveway. I had a technician in today who had it up and running beautifully. I recommend that he doesn't take a job he can't complete and also don't replace hundreds of dollars of parts that weren't fault. ( I paid him $2,000 and still had no heat/hot water) Also threatened to take the parts back off that I paid for, because I was "disrespecting" him, because I was not happy with what he was doing.
