If they couldn't do it for that reason, when I picked it up the first time I should've been informed and received a credit. It took my husband going and asking about it before they explained why it still smelled dirty / wasn't washed and they finally provided a credit. I'm convinced they don't actually clean a lot of the items. Sometimes things still have stains on it, then I clean it at home and the stain comes out. I don't recommend this spot, might be cheap but the service and quality is lacking. I've also paid to get something sewed together since they offer that service and that part of the dress came off the next time I wore it at an event.

There are a few washers that are $6 and they may be better to use especially for those heavy, thick, king size comforters. The taller machines have a step still in top so you are able to put in your detergent/softeners and coins if you're on the short side. The dryers are .25 for 6 minutes, which I may end up using a dryer today because my dryer at home takes forever to dry blankets. Came today to wash a sleeping bag since I couldn't haul our king size comforter with me today. Each folding table has 2 chairs to sit and relax while folding. Two different flat screens one with news and another with Spanish tv. Laundromat is COIN OPERATED!! I searched for one because all the others seem to make you buy a card and preload money in them. What a rip off! Unless you have a ton of laundry you plan to do all at once I get why they do it. But for those who just need to wash small loads or one item, coin operated is the way to go. The washes are a good value for the small machines at $2.99 per wash. The dry is only 25 cents for 8 minutes for the small machines. You add time by just taking your card off of the ledge that holds the card and placing it back on..it automatically adds another 8 minutes...
