The service was great and my manicure lasted almost 3 weeks. The technicians were all extremely kind and gentle with me. The nail studio was extremely clean and sanitary. read more

I came in for a gel builder refill and wanted to do chrome nails, the manicurist pressured me into doing cat eye because it was faster. She was rushing the whole time to service another client who she knew even though she was also a walk in well after I came in. My nails came out lumpy, unevenly shaped, and the cat eye looks half assed. I've been a regular here for awhile but it's time to find somewhere else. Also I noticed she used the nail clippers she had in a little tray and not a new set that was sanitized. After she finished with me she quickly went over to her awaiting client without cleaning the clippers she used on my cuticles. Gross and unprofessional. read more

I work in the shopping plaza and came her after work to wait out traffic. It was nice because there was no wait so I was able to get serviced immediately. I just needed a gel pedicure so I wasn't there for too long. There was a sign requesting cash payment but it seems like they accept other forms of payment as well. read more

I only give 4 stars IF you get a pedicure with either Ivy or LeeAnn. They are both excellent and freehand any picture of design you bring in plus over 100 they have samples of. The shop used to be classy in decor but has changed owners twice in the last 3 years so that has changed. They now have tacky waist high cures if services provided in the windows and almost floor to ceiling bottles of polish. Seriously??? They seem to be more intent on how many spa chairs they can squeeze in so you are almost elbow to elbow.. this of course limits privacy and increases noise level. I only go for the reason above: design and the two women. Price for design on every toe and sugar scrub and massage $50. read more

I LOVE Professionails. I've been going there for over 15 years to get my pedicures done by Leeann. She does an amazing job trimming and grooming my feet and she then polishes my toes with the most exquisite hand painted designs. She is so friendly, kind and caring. The BEST! read more

Khan, the owner, truly takes his craft and customer service seriously. He makes himself available to his clients when it comes to addressing concerns and making an appointment. Today I had the BEST foot massage after my gel pedicure. I work long hours and I am on my feet all day, I have never had someone do such amazing reflexology. I had quite a few knots and Khan gently worked them all out. And...my gel pedi looks so nice and they last a good 3 weeks! read more

Love! One of the best nail salons I've ever been to. The staff members are all so sweet and they put in an effort to make a personal connection with their customers. I give this place 4.5, because there is always room for improvement! Ivy is an amazing nail artist. She was recommended by a co-worker and this has been the only nail place that I have been going to for my pedicure (and manicure). They use heat to sterilize their instrument which I like (over just using alcohol). Here is an example of Ivy's nail artistry (see picture). Pictures don't do her work justice because I am not a very good iPhone photo taker! read more

I'm in town visiting my family. My cousins and I decided to look for a salon near by to get our nails done. We read on yelp this was under new management so why not? We called in, and they were able to get in us. Khan and Vivi were super nice! I got my gel pedi and mani. Best one so far because it's been weeks and my nails still look great! I showed them a picture of a design and they were able to do it. If you're looking for a new salon to try, this is your spot! read more

Came here today after my go to place snubbed me today. From the second I walked in, I was greeted and welcomed warmly and assisted right away even though I did not have an appointment. There was a customer who came in after me as a walk in as well, she was in a hurry and needed a quick touch up. By this time every nail tech was busy but they were able to assist the customer in less than 5 minutes. This place used to be owned by the same owner as my previous go to place, so I figured they might also do a good job. They not only did an EXCELLENT job, but their customer service was over the top. I have found my new go to nail salon and will be referring all my friends and family here!! Thank you Professionails for making my daughter and I feel welcome and thank you Jasmine for making my nails look beautiful! read more

I have been coming here for more than 20 years. Leann has been my primary salon professional and she is worth every penny. Recently, while hanging out with the other cool Moms I know, I noticed one mom in particular with an amazing pedicure! My first reaction was, Hold on, wait a minute, I need that ... NOW! She was generous enough to pass along the secret information about a place near the Mission Viejo mall (off of College, near Surfin' Souvlaki) called Professional Nails. (Ask for Leanne ... tell her Connie sent you). After getting a spa pedicure, you can pick (from a basket) a large selection of nail decorations (dots, lines, flowers, etc.). These are not airbrushed, but beautiful nonetheless. It's been two weeks, and my toes are still FABULOUS! Their prices are comparable to Happy Nails, but with better nail decorations! I got the spa pedicure, with callus removal, for $33. NJCHICK says, "FABULOUS!!!" PS: Feel free to make an appointment, just don't take Leanne when I need her!!! :) read more

I understand that we speak different languages, but please don't ignore me. Goodness. Allow me to explain: you rushed my $40 worth of services, kicked me out of my chair [before my fingers dried], forced me to pay which smudged my wet nail, and then didn't fix it. In fact, you told me: "We are too busy for you." Ehem, I just tipped you $10... may I have that back? No. Well, no more misses nice gal, I'm not returning. And neither will my friends. Or their friends too. [Mind you I have 600+ friends on facebook... yep. You messed up. Big time.] read more

Acrylic Nails: They use good quality products and do a very good job on acrylics. Pedicures: USUALLY a good job but not every time. Customer Service: HORRIBLE! I had asked for medium thickness nails and instead the girl gave me SUPER thin nails that looked like the fake glue on kind you buy at Target. I asked if they could re-do them but they were so busy that I had to come back the next day. Well they corrected the problem...BUT MADE ME PAY AN EXTRA $25 to do it. And mind you I had been a customer there for 4+ years. They are money hungry. If you want nice nails, take your chance. But if there is a time you need them to give you customer service, be prepared to get anything BUT that. read more

I've been going to Nails by Holly for a very long time. My mother, and two sisters also go there. I get pink and white acrylics and they always stay nice without getting dry or flaking off. They take their time to give you a great result! Can't beat the prices either! Mom mom gets the new gel nails which seem awesome! I was looking for a solution forever to keep nail polish on real nails for an extended amount of time and here it is! Fun place for pedicures (they have a great selection of designs). Make sure to book an appointment, because it's usually packed. I will always go here while I live in the area. When I lived away for years, I'd always book a mani/pedi for when I was home. Love it! read more

I'm going to make this simple!! This place SUCKED BIG time!!! made appointment 2 days prior, waited 15 min My ped lasted maybe 20 min the massage was painful I did not see the lady's disinfect the tubs the manager lady with a boy hair cut..so freaking RUDE!! To sum this up...Not a happy customer, and will not be going back. read more

I have to agree with the other people that they give amazing pedicures. Both in regard to how long they last AND the pedicure itself. I've gone here twice so far, both ladies actually removed my calluses when I paid for the callus removal and the massages were fantastic from both as well. I've never gotten a manicure here, but I've seen the patterns everyone else has posted about on other customers and they always look adorable. read more

FYI: this location at this address is no longer open....it it now "Professional Nails". When I saw this I went to the other Nails by Holly location further down Marguerite...loved it! Moved from LA so I needed a new place. After comparing reviews for many, many places I decided on Nails by Holly. LOVED it!!! I got a new set of pink and whites with gel coating and it was $37 total. My girl was Lily and I really liked her, she did my nails just I asked for. Plus, no attempt at up-sales :) Definitely found my new nail place! read more

I always get soooo many compliments on my nails, and let me tell you they are REALLY Cute!!! Lots of sparkle's and design, ask for Rose! She's the Best and ALWAYS gives her best! And for Toes, Leanne Rocks the Toe design from, plaid to flowers, burbury and so many others, she can put any design on any toe! I LOVE this Nail Salon! I carry cards in my wallet to hand out when people ask. If your searching for the Best Pedi, Mani, and Nail design this is the place and the price is right! read more

I went here for a french gel manicure. I lasted 10 days bofore a nice sized chunk broke off the tip of one of my nails. I go easy on judging a manicure by how long it lasts since I'm a groomer and I'm really hard on my hands. Unfortunately some of the lines on my french manicure were crooked. Not a terrible experience, but I wouldn't want to go back to the same woman again. They get three stars still becuase they did a beautiful job on 2 of my friends' nails. One of them got a red sparkle gel manicure, and my other friend got a regular french manicure, both of which looked beautiful. There are a lot of women who work there so I think it just depends more on who you get. Also they had tons of these nail templates to show you how a color turns out and also to show off the designs they do which would have been nice if I'd chosen to get any color or design. read more

Edited my review from 2014. The edited review is from 7/24/15. In my personal opinion I like that this salon does hand painted designs. But unfortunately I won't be going back here anymore. It's not the same as it was 10 years ago when I first started getting my nails done. It's unfortunate because it is hard to find a good salon. read more

Professionails - Chipped nails from too many coats of polish. Smeared design bc top coat was put on too soon. Not happy. - Nail Salons Near Me - Mission Viejo, California

This place has the best nail designs I have seen! When you sit down, you can look through 'the basket', which is a basked filled with nail templates all painted with different designs. There have to be at least 100 different ideas to choose from. They are all hand painted, and some will cost extra bc they are very detailed. The actual pedicure is fine. Nothing spectacular, hence the 4 stars. Honestly, if I was just going to get a plain color on my nails, I would probably go somewhere else, like Beauty Quest in Cost Mesa, but for designs, they can't be beat. read more
