Finest Nails & Spa - 2nd time with Tracy and she is so sweet and has done a great job! - Nail Salons Near Me - Ladera Ranch, California

My first time here, made an appointment online. I was 10minutes early and they were able to seat me right away. Tammy and Angie were the best! They knew I was on a time-crunch and they were able to do a thorough job perfectly in the time frame I needed! I wanted classic pedicure and custom manicure. Tammy was able to help me pick the perfect two shades of green for my manicure. I will definitely be back :) read more

Overall I'm just "ehh" about Finest Nails and Spa. I got a Gel X manicure and a regular polish pedicure. My pedicurist made me so uncomfortable with how much she didn't want to be there. Then as soon as she was done ran off to help one of her regulars (they weren't busy). My manicurist was wonderful, except she did not paint the complete nail, which was my biggest disappointment. I also gave them a $5 off coupon I got in the mail for my manicure, and after the fact realized they took the coupon but never discounted me. I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Finest Nails & Spa - Didn't paint the whole nail, all 10 nails are missing the sides. - Nail Salons Near Me - Ladera Ranch, California

Great place! Clean and accommodating. The staff are professional and friendly and my nails always look great. Highly recommend!

I usually go to VIP nails but couldn't get in soon enough so I decided to stop by at "Finest Nails" in Ladera since they are across the street. I had lily assist with a pedicure. I waited in my chair while she was texting and doing calls. She constantly was on her phone. This was very um professional as I'm just sitting there while she's on her phone. She then wanted me to do a gel pedicure which was very odd since I specifically said no. I don't recommend this place. read more

This is only my 2nd or 3rd time coming here and I am so disappointed with the experience and the quality of my nails. I only come because someone i know is a longtime client, and they treat her great, but clearly if you're not one they won't waste their time and effort on you. The entire job was completely rushed. I got dip nails/tips done and I've never in my life seen someone dip the actual nail in the powder and not use a brush to mold the dip onto the nail. It was very odd. They're all bumpy and completely unnatural looking. The polish is messed up on several nails, and she didn't have each of my hands under the UV for the same amount of time, which was odd to me. I asked her to fix the nails that were missing some polish or that looked like polish was clumped and she somehow made it worse. She did a great job on the actual shape of the nail that I asked for, i'll give her that, but the execution of everything else was so poor. I hate to sound rude, but for $65 I've never been this unhappy with a nail appointment, and I unfortunately will not be returning because of this. read more

Worst customer service ever!! Had an appt and sat in a chair for 30 mins. They said I would be next. Another 10 mins go by and a woman that came after me was serviced. This is BS!! Horrible!! Do better!!! read more

I am always wary of having my nails done after many unpleasant experiences with ingrown toe nails afterwards. I was recommended to try Trish and she was amazing! Love my nails- so clean and so pretty - she even put a little Hawaiian flower on them. The place is clean and AC is cold. Everyone is friendly and I was thoroughly pampered. Can't say enough good things about this place and their prices are so reasonable! read more

Christine did my pedicure, she is very argumentative, and made me feel really unhappy and upset. She rushed through the process and was very rough. She painted my toes multiple times and still ended up very unprofessional. She charged me for calluses removal, but just scrubbed regularly. When i questioned her, she became very argumentative with me. Overall bad experience with her. read more

Great experience. Competative pricing. Take walk-ins. Lots of parking. Everyone is very nice.

Their nail polish are old and outdated and don't dry out, their gel light machine are old and super dirty. Their stylist can't do a proper filing. Took picture of my pedicure 2 hours after it got done, their polish are expired and bad that gets creamy and never dry out. I tried this place 3 times and keep changing the stylist but none of them are good because the owner never replace bad dried nail polish, they keep adding Aston to make the polish softer but the color gets watery. $45 pedicure, $50 hard gel manicure and see the pics 4 hours after. read more

I've been coming here for years since Covid when they made you pay cash and sneak in the back door! I've tipped the workers generously and sent them business constantly. Today 1/3/25, I was treated like TRASH by everyone. However, all the white women were greeted with huge smiles and 2 workers, and mine didn't even address me, spoke Vietnamese to her coworkers and was on her phone so much that I had to ask her and she the owner if I should just leave since no services were being done on me or anything! I'm disgusted by the treatment of people who can't even afford to live in the same zip code as me and have the AUDACITY to look down on me lmaoooooo read more

The ladies in this salon are getting out of control. They are literally harassing customers for how much tip they will give them. I find this cheap and disgusting!!! Have some class when you do business with people. They are literally at the point where they ask for a tip amount and chase you to the register to get it. This needs to stop or I will never set foot in this nail salon again. Have some class finest nails! read more

Christine is a very manipulative lady. She needs to be fired from the salon. She is making the salon look so desperate and unprofessional with how she manipulates people into giving her a good tip. The whole time she was doing my nails, she was cutting my skin and putting nail glue on it to stop it from bleeding. Then she decided to start telling me that she will be giving me a 5 dollar discount and then makes you feel obligated to leave a tip. As I was checking out, she started following me to the register and asking me how I will be leaving the tip. This is very unprofessional and she shouldn't make people feel obligated to leave a tip when she cuts your skin. My sister and my mom went with this same lady and had the same experience. If this lady isn't fired, I'm never coming back with my family again. read more

What a huge mistake! 3 of us booked a 10am appointment- arrived 9.50 We're seen at 10.45 by 1 person 1 lady did 2 pedis 1 lady did 2 manis Rushed job Eventually got out of there at 12.20- after finishing our own top- coats because they forgot to do them My daughter and my nail cuticles have been really cut- up ( see photo) My mom and my feet are really rough and polish is already coming off Gave tips to both ladies ( none deserving but how do you, not ) and was told that the tips were not sufficient! I love Lynn! I've been with her for quite some time now and she's wonderful! Thorough, gentle and just the sweetest person ever!

Very disappointed in this nail salon management. I made an appointment with Tony well over two weeks ago to find out the owner never wrote down my appointment down and booked someone else at the same time. Then the nail salon receptionist made it seem that this is not the first time that this has happened. What is the point of booking an appointment if they aren't going to honor it? I love Tony as a nail tech but I can't continue to book an appointment and it not be honored. It's a shame but I will be looking for another nail salon. read more

Absolutely love my nails. Everything was so clean and the ladies were so nice. My service was not rushed. Super happy.

I just left the nail salon and Im so mad i could spit nails . Ive been going there for 2 years now. I take my daughter and my gra nddaughter there too ! Have been loyal to them during covid and always send people their way. Well they just lost my biz thats for sure !!!! I had a gift cert for a delux mani and pedi from my husband from there. I asked them how much for gel nail polish instead of the regular polish I was told 15 dollars I thought wow just for the polish but hey ok When i went tp pay the manager says ok thats an extra 30 dollars i said no i didnt get gel nails just the polish. She said i know thats 30 dolars !!!!!! WTF !!!!!!! 30 dollars to paint my nails !!!!!!! i said well i was told 15 you need to honor that, NO ONE said 30 or else i would have said NO THANK YOU !!!! she basically said to bad you have to pay I argued my point for 15 mins i finally paid and left NEVER GO THERE !!!! That is some crappy business practices and very crappy customer loyality PS The person who did my mani / pedi was awesome her name is Tina however they will never see me again BAD MANAGER takes advantage of customers read more

Run! Don't come here. I had my nails done Thursday with the dip color. It was number 20, a light pink nail. Two days later the tips are bare because the color wore off and my thumb's powder completely came off so my nail was bare. I spent $30 and tipped $7 and as I just walked in I was told I'd have to pay all over. They would only replace my thumb and try to add more dip to the ends. Terrible terrible service. I told them the dip kept coming off why would I want the exact same thing? Instead of redoing them, they want to half ass their terrible service. I'll never return. Went in here after reading some good reviews. I mean why not? I'll give it a try since Happy Nails are everywhere and not the best so here goes nothin! Well all I needed was a pedicure so I got their deluxe with callus treatment. Right when I sat down I saw that there were left over nail clippings in the cup holder! Grossssss! Didn't bother to clean up after each client and they weren't even busy. Tons of upselling and I can't handle that. I go in knowing what I want and I for sure don't want a 15 minute massage making me sit in this dirty chair longer than I have to. She kept at it with maybe getting my nails done as well, shoulder massage, or the most expensive pedicure. No thanks. I'm sticking with what I want. She was very checked out and going through the motions. My callus remover treatment was horrible. I could have scrubbed my feet 100x better than what she did. Won't go here again which is a shame. It's was very convenient but I would rather drive to Arizona for a relaxing pedicure. Hope this helps! :)))) PS I gave them 2 stars only because it was decorated nicely... read more

This place is terrible! You can sense the gossip and when they're talking about you. Getting a good pedi or mani is hit or miss. It's convenient to my house so I'll come here when I'm short on time, and I feel like every time I leave I tell myself "ok, last time." But then sure enough I don't learn my lesson and go back. Today I came for a gel manicure and pedicure and was in a bit of a hurry so I didn't go with one of the packages they always push you to buy. So I guess that meant you don't get a massage that comes with, and they rush you through. I walked out to my car and looked at my toes in the sunlight and they were so uneven and the polish was missing from multiple sides of my nails. I walked back in and asked for my money back but the manager said she would redo them. So here I am sitting here and hoping this turns out better. #lessonlearned Update: the redo isn't much better! #lessonreallylearned Don't waste your money! I usually go to MKO on Marguerite and have always been happy there. read more

Got a basic manicure and it was done in less than 15 mins and I cannot believe how bad it looks. The nail polish is totally uneven, the edges all look chipped, the polish by my cuticles are all uneven and jagged, AND on a couple she missed part of my nail - literally no polish. When I actually asked if she could make sure to get the entire nail, you know like actually do her job, she had the audacity to turn to her coworker and say something in a different language about me. I wouldn't have had any idea if they both didn't look at me and giggle. SO RUDE. I will NEVER go back and it was a COMPLETE WASTE of $15. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Holly is fantastic with manicures... she is talented and meticulous... She also seems very sweet -- all things appreciated. Thank you, Holly!!
