The only reason I even gave stars was because my friend gets her nails done here and they always look fine, my nail lady was the reason for my bad review. First of all, when I came in asking if they had a certain color (because I couldn't find it on the polish shelf) I was told very rudely "well if it's not there then we don't have it". I went in with the intention of getting a glitter fade and it as told after 1 attempt that "Sorry I can't do it because the polish is too thick. I'll remove the color and you can pick something else" and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me. (Light purple nails) Long story short, her service was terrible. And she left me with crusty disgusting nails. She wasn't wearing a name tag but her name JENNIFER was on the receipt. DONT LET HER NEAR YOUR HANDS!! And I can only imagine how she leaves toes. Ugh. Appointments mean nothing at this place. Poor scheduling, they will take walk ins first, keeping technicians busy, you still have to wait with or without an appointment for at least 30 min, longer if they schedule you at a 30 min time slot, if they schedule you at 10:30am, technicians will not be available until 11am, they still have to transition to take a new client and will take first come first served. I've tried coming different days, in the afternoons or mornings, always the same. They have different fees if using a credit card for each service. Technicians do a good job, but any service will take at least 2 hours to complete because of the wait. read more

I have gone there consistently every 2-3 weeks, and been on time to every single appointment and I've had to wait 15-20 minutes almost every time. And after the mistreatment I've endured by them today, i will not be retuning. This is the only establishment I've been to that acts like they are doing you a favor by servicing you. Appointment times don't matter, the customer service is terrible, the manager is awfully rude. They have no respect for your time and make it very apparent that your money spent here is not a big deal for them. Over the years I have seen them mistreat and take advantage of people and can no longer spend time or money here. Not yo mention how unsanitary they are. I know, why did I wait that long, well I was with two other people who made appointments at the same time and did not want to leave. When they finally seated us it was just a horrible vibe it seemed as if we the customers did not matter and they just rushed everything. It was 12 when they finished with my pedi and haven't even started on my mani or eyebrows. I was not going to wait there any longer so I just paid for my pedi and left. Well... to start I wanted a full set of french tips. Tiffany convinced me that regular tips with a gel drawn french tip was "more natural", so I agreed. As she used the drill bit, she had nicked me in almost every finger. Then she cut down a hang nail and it bleed, she didn't even take the time to disinfect the area. I had to tell her to apply alcohol. Then later she told me that I needed my eyebrows waxed, I told her why would I need my eyebrows waxed if I just got then done 3 days ago? I left completely unhappy but tiped aways. A couple days later, I noticed that my curticles were getting red, itchy and had small blisters in some areas, see pictures. I went to Urgent Care and the doctor said I had developed an allergy most likely to the cheap products or chemicals being used, most likely MMA chemicals being used. I had to remove my acrylics at home and apply a Rx ointment that was given to me by Urgent Care. So disappointed with my experience at this nail salon. read more

Idk why I drifted away from this place, I definently learned my lesson. After going to bouduoir nail bar I left unhappy and had to get my nails redone. I thought I could live with the gel manicure long enough to get my money worth but the gel peeled right off and I was left with only 6.5 painted nails. So I came back here. It's close to my house and there prices are unbeatable! I paid 50 bucks at the other place, here for the same thing I paid 38 and was able to tip better. Made an appt for 11:30 am. Arrived on time and checked in. They have you waiting outside under a pop up tent with misters for the heat. I waited outside for an hour and 10 minutes till they called me. They didn't seem apologetic or even care I waited that long. They've been opened for a while so they should have a flow. I went to go get my acrylics off because i usually go in TJ and need them off for sports. Terrible job. She forced the acrylic off with a nail without using acetone or drilling some off to make it less painful. I kept making her aware of the pain and she kept going. I usually get them off every couple months and they never hurt afterwards and never without softening the acrylic so my natural nail isn't too damaged. I paid $16! She kept denting whatever side was more convenient for her damaging my nail even more. For 15 mins of pain , i wish they would keep in mind the pain when forcing off acrylics, she didn't even clean them off after. Not worth even $10 terrible service. read more
