I cut 3/4 of the way through a 15" downed cherry tree, only to have the blade go dull and completely useless. I took it back, asked for a refund, but was told the "manager":said there was nothing they could do for me. $30 down the drain. Hammond Hardware used to be a great place to do business, but not anymore. Sadly, you'll find better customer service at the big box stores.
