She was running about a half hour late, which is not uncommon for most doctors. A physical exam was not conducted, other than examination of my right calf. Prior to my appt, I submitted medical documentation, and sent Dr Corbeille an email requesting review of the documentation prior to my appt. At the beginning of my appt, I asked Dr Corbeille if she had reviewed the documentation I submitted, and she replied, "I started to but then I got distracted". I asked her if she had read my email and she looked puzzled and replied, "no". The majority of the appointment was spent discussing past health history, instead of treatment options. She provided a 3 minute ozone treatment in the ears. Felt tine until about the 48 hour mark, then had a severe herxheimer reaction that lasted 8 days. Was sold a $50 bottle of ozone pills, which also were not well tolerated. If you are immunocompromised or an asthmatic, this practice might not be a good fit for you. The entire office was very fragrant. The scent was noticeable immediately upon entering, and lingered on my person long after the appt was over. The receptionist said she couldn't smell anything and looked puzzled when I mentioned the scent throughout the office. Appt was $400 in total with no benefit gained from the visit.

When other doctors were not able to pinpoint my awful headaches and fatigue, they suggested I take prescription meds that actually exasperated my symptoms and caused other health issues for me. Once I saw Dr Timmer, she was able to determine my health issues: food sensitivities and then some. Once I cut the bad foods out, the headaches and fatigue subsided. I will also attest to Dr. Timmer's communication. I was extremely sick in the Spring time, potentially with Covid. I was in and out of the doctors (ER and urgent care). I was bed-ridden for two weeks. I contacted Dr. Timmer every time I had a concern, and she followed up with my concerns and road to recovery via emails within a couple of hours or so. After recovering, I started to have other health issues and Dr Timmer was able to determine I had a heart murmur after being so deathly ill. This baffles me, only because when I was in and out of the ER and Urgent Care, no one told me they heard a heart murmur when they listened to my heart. I DO not trust anyone for medical care except this woman. She is warm, welcoming, approachable and wise. She is a prodigy of health care, not symptom care. And I can't thank her enough for giving me the tools to create a healthier lifestyle for me.

After that appointment, I realized to a greater extent why I only trust Nikkie to CUT and COLOR my hair. From that appointment my short, trendy hair style was ruined and cut uneven all over my head to the point that I had to wear a hat for a week until I could get back into Nikkie to get it fixed. Nikkie took time and thoroughly cut my hair, and though it had to be cut shorter in order to even out the hair cut, I am back in business now and can style my hair again. I always look fabulous when I leave the shop and my cut, color and style is healthy and attracts the attention of others daily. I learned a hard lesson, but now I know not to let anyone else cut my hair and to wait until I can get into Nikkie no matter the circumstance or situation. I was not impressed by this place at all. Definitely avoid if you are a guy looking for a hair…read moresystem. They took 10+ months to get a proper color match and system ordered. Their suppliers take forever and their process to order produced several units of the completely wrong color. They ignored my complaints every time at the initial cut ins. My concerns were not taken seriously such as being fit with the wrong color, being fit with an inappropriate hair system for my needs, etc. My first consult with them I asked what they did for someone who wants a low density system with an exposed hairline. They told me not to worry about it but when it came time to install the hair, they recommended not having an exposed hairline because they can be "hard to manage". Why wasn't that mentioned at the consultation before I paid? The stylist's seem to avoid wanting to use glue on their systems which is known to be the most realistic hairlines. Even though I complained the system sat too high on my head and looked inappropriate, they insisted on using a clip on system rather than gluing a lace system. Their consultation and recommendations were beyond inappropriate for what I asked for at my consultation and subsequent fittings. The staff has no sense of urgency. They had no problem taking my money but as soon as I paid I had to keep contacting them to see when I would receive my hair. 5 months from payment to first cut-in is longer than any other salon I've ever seen. And it was the wrong color after all of that! For $1,500 I am disappointed in their lack of experience (stylist had less than a year experience doing hair systems) Lack of support for the hair system (I had to ask them how to maintain it, what products to use, how to put it on, etc.) They don't include any glue or tape for the user to use at home. They also don't CUT YOUR HAIR. Yes for $1,500 they don't even cut your own bio hair underneath the hair system. That costs extra. Overall I don't really see any redeeming quality about this place. They genuinely messed up in every part of the experience and made it a terrible experience to have to go through. I'm so glad I was able to find another salon that meets my needs for a third of the cost. Not sure why William Collier can charge 3x as much as other places but not have the basics down yet. Men, look elsewhere for hair solutions.
