If I could give a zero star I would! After using this company for over 5 years and referring them…read moreto many clients of mine, using for my business etc. I have always received the same cleaning, every year twice a year. Prices typically go up a little but I can always expect to pay $330 for everything or around that. I called this company and asked them for an appointment in which they gave me a 5 hour window. I accepted that and stayed home for 3 hours waiting for them to show up. When the technician showed up, like always, we walked areas and I said I wanted same as last time. After 10 min of him "figuring out the price" he stated it would be DOUBLE because prices went up and they didn't see my pet treatments noted on my invoices. I called the office pleading that this is unfair and even explained how they pet treat the area and what tools etc.. The lady notified me that the pet treatment may indeed of happened, however, its not on invoice so they wouldn't help me. This gave me two thoughts, A. being you allowed someone in my home with my children who would steal from your company? Cause I paid for the pet treatments. B. You make me take work off and then tell me once you've shown up 3 hours into the 5 hour window, that you raised your prices???? This not only lost me valuable hours at work, where my time is worth money but the way you so admittedly explained that your employee didn't record things I have received in the past therefore hiring thefts and liars and allowing them into the comfort of my family and home. SCAM!!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!

We received a few estimates and their rates were very competitive, they were also the most accommodating and easiest to work with. Even when we added a few things on their to-do lists at the last minute, they were able to make it all happen. We are so grateful Bryant and the entire team of guys that came out to help us with the move. We highly recommend The Task Team and will 100% use them again for any of our moving needs in the future. To top it off, right before the holiday season Bryant asked if we would like to partner on a charity event to give back to the community. Through this partnership we were able to give over 20+ turkey dinners to families. What a great Team to work with!

I definitely do not recommend Acumen Carpet Cleaning based on our experience…read more We hired them a couple of months ago to repair and clean the carpet in one of our townhomes, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with both the quality of the work and the customer service afterward. First, the carpet patch used to repair a damaged area looked noticeably different from the surrounding carpet. The repair was very obvious, and the workmanship did not appear professional. Second, we were also disappointed with the carpet cleaning. The technician applied some type of pet odor-removal powder and appeared to vacuum the carpet only once. The carpet, including the stairs, did not seem to be thoroughly cleaned. We have hired another carpet service company before, and the difference in quality was significant. Third, when the technician left, there was still a substantial amount of powder-like residue left on the carpet, as well as water on the floor. We took photos and emailed their customer service team. We also called and asked whether they could send someone back to properly clean the remaining mess, or alternatively provide a reasonable discount since we would have to finish the cleaning ourselves. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with how our concerns were handled. Instead of working with us to resolve the problem, their customer service attitude made the experience even more frustrating. When hiring a carpet service company, we expect reasonable pricing, professional workmanship, thorough cleaning, and responsive customer service when something goes wrong. Based on our experience, Acumen Carpet Cleaning did not meet those standards, and we would not use or recommend their services again.
