Had a roommate move in on August 17th. She asked for strong and seasoned people. She got very small…read moreand inexperienced people. There were 3 very heavy pieces in the load. While getting them up my staircase they let two of the pieces backslide on the stairs 3 times total and it knocked the nose/toe boards loose. I stopped them from wrecking my front entry because they tried to bring a big wardrobe upright that couldn't clear (I didnt let them put that piece anywhere but my entryroom and had a couple neighbors put it in the converted garage). We didn't move anything else up the stairs either. 5 people were here watching but they still say I have no proof ( should have videod every moment I guess). BBB was no help either. Until I complained to the BBB, I was getting next to no response even after explaining fully and sending the repair estimate. Now I get to spend 2k on my stairs that are a fall hazard. The materials aren't made anymore so we have to repair and match the whole staircase. Get your cameras out if you use these guys!
