This is the first time I have had my windows professionally cleaned . The next morning I noticed water marks and also a fresh scratch on the storm door . Even though the worker was very kind , he denied the scratch and said the hard water stains are hard to get out and would cost more work another treatment. my storm door was not scratched before it was cleaned . Pro-Cleaning helped clean our our gutter that was overflowing with water. We have a three story house, they didn't have a ladder tall enough but did the work anyway. I was nervous to watch, but they were quickly able to find the backup and clear it. Then they also went around and checked the rest of the gutter out (which I appreciated). I wish they had brought out the taller ladder, on my quote request I did mention we had a three story house. I needed the gutters on my 2-story house cleaned - both the first and second floor gutters (the second floor ones were overflowing and dripping a ton of water on my foundation). Note that the house is very tall so the second floor gutters are a good 20 feet off the ground. I requested a quote on a weekend and the owner (Anselmo) responded to my quote request within a few hours and came out the next day to do an in-person quote. It turned out he had availability that day when everyone else was quoting weeks, so he had his guys come out a couple of hours later and take care of the job. They worked quickly and did a great job, and the price was very reasonable. I used Anselmo to install two strings of Christmas lights, and he has charged me $605 (not including tax) to install and remove those two strings. This is a price double that being charged in the market. I received two other bids for $300, but used Anselmo, since I had used him the previous year. Honestly I can't remember what I paid last year, since it was part of a total package (clean moss off roof, remove 4gutters, install and paint 4 new gutters), install and remove Christmas lights. But to be charged $605 plus tax for what might have been 1 hour's work to install and 45 minutes to remove--that is abuse. I will remove this review if he reduces the price to real market--otherwise it stands. The total number of feet of Christmas lights are about 60--front of house roof peak, and just above door peak.
