I felt like, despite ample opportunity to serve my requested documents, they moved with no sense of urgency to get the job done. I read the terms, understood their policies etc and yet still felt they weren't in the business of "process service" especially since it was mentioned several times early on, if they were unable to serve the documents onto the defendant after all attempts I could just file a "declaration of non-service" and ask the court for alternative ways to serve him.
