Since coming here, though, I've been able to both see and feel real improvement in the right side of my body after years of sports-related wear and tear. Andrew listens carefully, is thoughtful with his approach, and is extremely knowledgeable about the human body. The assistant staff is kind, encouraging, and keeps you accountable in the best way. WAY TOO QUICKLY ADDED: "but I'm not positive, because I don't work in BILLING!" hmmm....... so many mysteries. If you need Physical Therapy, and money is so object, AND you need a new hobby, then this place might be ok for you! Care has been beyond 5 star; scheduling the imaging that was ordered required a poke, and being unable to reach anyone by phone regarding the after hours clinic was problematic enough to lose a star. The phone never rang while we were there, so that appears to be systematic.

Same with a Colonguard test. Be careful because they don't check with insurance either. When I called to discuss my concerns I was told by the front desk that the Dr would not be updated with my concerns and that just won't call me again. Sadly customer service isn't on their list for customer satisfaction.

You have to wash your hands before being seen and they spray down the tables and equipment before you use it. I still see Andy and still really appreciate his help. I see him for my back and knees. I have ongoing low back pain but developed tightness in my upper back that was restricting my breathing and he gave me some new exercises for that that has really helped me to be able to breathe more freely. Andy tailors the exercises to my needs and I have found them to be extremely helpful. He has a wide variety of tools and techniques to adapt to your needs. The dry needling is helpful when my muscles are really tight. If I need to be taped, he will do so. He will show you how to tape yourself as well. I sometimes get heat or ice-with a tens unit (electrical stimulation). If one thing doesn't help, there will be an alternative. The front staff are always friendly and helpful. A bonus is the deer that come down in front of the business to drink water and feed on the tree.

He is certainly not a doctor who will 'fluff and puff' you. He told me on my first visit that he doesn't mince words and he tells it straight. I very much prefer that. He did an excellent job on my knee and I'm doing great in Rehab! Knee replacement is painful, no doubt about it - but that's going to be the case no matter who does the surgery. I highly recommend Dr. Meaney - if I ever have to have any orthopedic surgery in the future I will definitely ask him to be my surgeon!
