From the start, I dealt with Ali, who seemed nice enough when scheduling over the phone, but in the end turned out to promise me not once but twice over the span of 3 days, only to not fulfill his word. I dropped my car off at 9 am, was told it would be 3-4 hours which I was perfectly ok with on my day off. 3-4 hours passed, I heard nothing the entire day from anyone until 3:19 (PIC) to collect my car. At pick up, I Zelle'd an additional $35 that Ali said they would charge me, which I was fine to pay (PIC). Popping the trunk, I noticed the trunk mat was missing and a pleasant young man apologized profusely and promptly brought it to me. Upon arriving home, I received a phone call from Ali telling me they forgot to place my interior mats back and asked for my home address, which he would bring them over either that night, Monday or Tuesday. On Wednesday, I asked him if someone could bring the mats over to which he replied 'For sure. I will be dropping them off today". (PIC) It is now Friday morning and I am still without my car mats. At this point, I feel the only way to recover these mats is to drive back there myself because of his negligence. Again, I have nothing to gain or lose by writing this, I just want people to be aware of the poor experience I had with this person.

The gas station was very slow and closed down in april or may of 2016. They were named as supersonic and marathon but then in july 2012 they named it phillips 66. Later on in august of 2014 they were going to switch the gas station into VP racing Fuels but before they could do it they closed down the whole business in 2016. Later on in june of 2017 the convenience store inside was smashed up very badly. There was shards of glass broken shelfs off the counter. The countertop was a mess the coffee maker area was looking disgusting after the incident and the coolers were also demolished and drinks and liquor were all over the ground. The car wash was still in perfect order but was out of order. But later on in november of 2017 close to thanksgiving, They demolished the canopy of the station and all there was left was the convenience store and the car wash. Things have changed in August 2018, there was bobcat truck inside the carwash getting ready to take everything out even the brushes. The brushes were a brick red color and dark black for the other color. The brushes were still clean as no one used the car wash back then when the business was open. The brushes did have a little bit of dirt on them but only on the top. But on October 3rd 2018 there were maintenance workers inside that took the brushes and threw them on the ground getting ready to do something with them. We dont know exactly what happened to the brushes but they were either thrown in the dumpster or sold to sonnys the car wash factory. Later on they cleaned out the car wash tunnel and cleaned out the convenience store since it was demolished back in 2017. There was actually a big opening between the car wash and the store, they actually built another building in that opening area so they can open up 2 extra stores. In june of 2019 they finally opened the plaza but there was only 2 stores. The car wash has been converted into a insurance navy brokers. And the building that they built in between the car wash and the store was actually opened up into brow bar, a place where they fix and do woman's eye brows. But then in August 2019 they opened up the convenience store as a rug store "HR House of Rugs". Then in november or december of 2019 they opened up 1 more store call melt & dip gelato crepe. The place is now a strip mall and its not a gas station anymore. The address is S Harlem Ave bridgeview 8258.

After messaging him on Facebook, we quickly got my appointment scheduled and I purchased a ceramic coating and engine cleaning as additionals. His pricing is very fair, and I was more than happy to tip him and his crew a couple of extra bucks. They labored away for 4 hours in a 3-man team. Typically, my past detailing experiences have been subpar - the insides are usually drenched in unpleasant chemicals and some areas aren't properly wiped off. Let me just say that Niko went above and beyond and his attention to detail is second to none. He even went the length to take off my license plates and clean the dirt and grime behind that area. None of the insides were improperly wiped down, and the interior was clean, but not overpowering with the smell of chemicals. I won't hesitate to procure his services again.

I also received complaints that he required his roommates to wash cars without paying them and threatened them with immigration-related consequences. Because of these issues and other lease violations, I decided not to renew his lease. After receiving notice that his lease would not be renewed, he stopped paying rent, forcing me to begin the eviction process. He ultimately moved out before the eviction case was completed. During his tenancy, there was also an incident where he arrived appearing intoxicated, believed I had changed the locks, and called the police. The issue was resolved within minutes when he was able to access the apartment with the correct key. Afterward, he repeatedly harassed me through my Ring cameras, and I have video recordings of him directing derogatory slurs toward Mexican immigrants in the neighborhood. More than a year after moving out, he still has not removed my property address as the registered business address for his company despite repeated requests. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this individual.
