Carlos and Helber are awesome! I needed a repair with my blinds and Carlos listened to my needs and was proactive in having me send photos of what I needed repaired. They had Helber out less than 24 hours and he fixed it in less than 30 minutes and clearly explained what he was repairing and even gave me some advice on how I can possibly repair myself if it happens again in the future. I kid you not, it was a real pleasure working with "Pro Window Covering Service"from the very beginning to the very end. It truly was. We had not cleaned our blinds in decades. They were so dirty full of grease and grime that not even acid would have removed the dirt and grime. At one point, the family wanted to replace them with new ones but they would have been too costly since we have over 25 windows of which "14" have blinds. Had we known that they could have been Professionally cleaned in their condition, we would have always had them cleaned on a regular basis which would have been much more cost-effective than purchasing brand new ones. ( We had no idea that such technology ever existed ) as soon as we found out that we could have them professionally cleaned, We did a little bit of research and found out that "Pro Window Covering Service"was the company that we definitely wanted to work with. "Ashley" guided us in what steps needed to be taken. I answered all of her questions about the blinds and insured us that everything will work out well. And that they'll pick him up early in the morning at whatever time we would want and return them the same day; usually by closing time or much sooner.( And the beauty of it was, not once was she trying to sell us anything by pushing like some companies do; or up selling us or do whatever it takes just to get the job. She informed us that "Helber" the installer would contact me about a half hour prior to him arriving. And he did. He greeted us with a face covering and a touchless greeting and handed us the Company's business card. He was very polite and professional and knew exactly what needed to be done and what not to have done. He then informed me ahead of time that it may take more than a day due to how dirty they were. But little did we know, they were delivered by the end of the day. So clean and spotless, that I thought our "20"some odd year cream colored blinds were always cream in color; but in fact, they were always really pure white. As soon as he arrived, before him removing the blinds from his vehicle, what he did was, (which I thought was very impressive) he laid out a nice piece of white canvas cloth and he set the freshly cleaned fully dried blinds on top of the canvas making sure that they would not touch the others for fear that they may scruff or scratch each other. If I could give this Company "Pro Window Covering Services" (accredited by the BBB) a gazillion stars, I would. Don't! make the mistake of accidentally calling their competitor.
