The owner of Drapery Tradition installed my Shutters and Duette shades several months ago and am a very happy customer. Coincidentally I saw everything that happened that day when my neighbor ran out of her house chasing after Mario. She jumped up on his van clinging onto the window on the driver's side. She was hysterical and Mario was trying to calm her down. My neighbor has dementia and forgets a lot. The young lady (Christina D) arrived at the tail end of the incident only seeing 2-3 minutes of a 15-20 minute scene and gave a gross misconception of the entire incident. One other note, I did not see any other person there other than the young lady and her dog and a worker who saw everything. Mark L. Not sure what you are talking about. You were not there. "If I ever see Mario yelling or placing his hands inside my wife's vehicle again then I'm going to call the police."-Mark L. Wrong! You were not there Mark. Not sure where you are getting your info from but it better be removed. False reviews are subject to yelp violation. read more

This is the 3rd installation for us from Drapery Tradition. We had to wait until renovation and painting was finished in each phase. Mario, the owner of Drapery Tradition has been terrific, as have the installers Bruce and Dennis. The blinds and shutters were the final touch and they set off the renovation magnificently! There was a question we had regarding the use of a bottom runner on the double panel shutters. It was explained that it is rarely if ever done. If we insisted we wanted it done, Mario would have obliged us. It would have required us to sign a waiver, as it would require drilling into the floor. In addition the runner would be exposed when one side is in the open position, whereas now it is very clean. Mirrored closet doors with runners are opened multiple times a day, shutters are not. Great experience, super customer service, wonderful products at a fair price. We recommend Mario, his installation staff and his product line without any reservations! Excellent service provided! I really like the Duette Honeycomb Shades and the Sillohuettes your company installed for me last year. Not sure what Christina D. and Mark L. are talking about. I work in a law firm and know exactly how this would turn out if presented in court. Mario has been nothing but kind and sincere to me. I have actually known him for a number of years. I have witnessed him several times with his clients and he is an incredible salesman and business owner. He has been in San Carlos for over 30 years and knows his stuff. With a lack of evidence and false accusations, Mark and Christina really need to revamp their reviews or most likely face slander charges. Shame on you Mark L. and Christina D. read more

Hey those Hunter Douglas Vinyl shutters still look sharp after all these years. The material is incredible! I love my blinds and I love Drapery Tradition. Mario offers great service and great products. Originally called him to install a sun shade blind for my kitchen window and sliding door. Ended up having him do shutters in my living room too. He was easy to work with and has many years of experience. His installer was professional and experienced. The installer laid down padded drop cloths to ensure he did not scratch my wood floors while working. Overall a great experience. read more

I have been wanting to put shutters in our home for 5 years but our windows needed a special mount and I couldn't find a company that was willing to go out of their way to make them work. Mario on the other hand came to my house several times to measure and assure me he could make it work. And in fact, he DID! My shutters are absolutely beautiful and I love them! Prices were fair and service was fast and professional. I wish I had found Mario 5 years ago when we first moved in! Thank you Mario - you are the BEST! read more
