Most were good , some not in regard to price and effectiveness of repairs. About 10 years ago I saw David's truck out front of a neighbor's home. I gave him a call to set up an appointment. He came over and told me exactly what the problem was, the price and when he was available. His price was competitive and lower than others I had used in the past. Over the years he has provided professional, quality and technical service. Once I had a variety of problems he walked me through which I should fix first then perhaps wait on the others. In the end he fixed it completely. He's a patient listener, kind and extremely knowledgeable due to his long years of experience. He schooled me as to which chemicals to buy to maintain my spa. I most recently saw that my spa was leaking. I called him and he came right over the next day. Of course the spa was suddenly completely dry and showed no leaks. He had me fill the tub to its proper level of water. Suddenly it started leaking. He located the problem and fixed it I very highly recommend David for any of your spa needs.

He came over and basically gave us a deep dive on hot tub maintenance. Compared to the super basic info we got from the salespeople, talking to Travis was on a completely different level. He is so knowledgeable and was able to answer a lot of questions we had about chemicals, when to replace the filter, how to save energy, etc. I highly recommend him to anyone that wants to make sure they get the most from their hot tub. I also accidentally gave him an extra $100 and he called to let me know, then dropped it off in person. A+

I can't say enough good things about Miguel and Lunas HT Service. After another local hot tub…read moreservice vendor left us high and dry, Miguel came in and completely turned things around. We had converted our 2006 spa from a bromine system to a saltwater setup, but the person who did the conversion basically bailed when it came to actually helping us maintain it. We were left confused and disappointed--especially since keeping a hot tub clean and balanced takes more than just flipping a switch. Then Miguel showed up. Right away, he knew exactly what he was doing. He adjusted the salt and chemicals, cleaned out the filters, made sure the jets were working, and offered flexible service options--weekly, biweekly, etc. We picked a plan that worked for our budget, and now I can just relax knowing everything is taken care of. He's reliable, responsive, and clearly takes pride in his work. Whether it's fixing jets, doing a deep clean, or keeping the chemicals balanced, Miguel handles it all. If you need someone dependable who really understands hot tubs--especially saltwater systems--Miguel is your guy. So glad we found him.
